The purpose of this study was to determine the donor zone of most congruent topographic match by comparing 4 donor sites from the femur with 4 potential recipient sites of osteochondritis dissecans at the capitellum. ⋯ These data suggest that a single donor plug may be obtained from multiple sites in the knee and placed into capitellar lesions with an excellent topographic articular surface match. The findings of our study will be useful to surgeons when managing capitellar osteochondritis dissecans lesions.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate clinical and radiological outcomes after arthroscopically assisted coracoclavicular (CC) fixation using a single adjustable-loop-length suspensory fixation device for acute acromioclavicular dislocation and to report intraoperative and postoperative complications. ⋯ Level IV, therapeutic case series.

Randomized Controlled Trial
The effect of norepinephrine versus epinephrine in irrigation fluid on the incidence of hypotensive/bradycardic events during arthroscopic rotator cuff repair with interscalene block in the sitting position.
To compare the occurrence rate of hypotensive and bradycardic events (HBEs) during arthroscopic rotator cuff repair performed with interscalene brachial plexus block anesthesia in the sitting position in 2 groups of patients who underwent the procedure with norepinephrine or epinephrine added to the irrigation fluid. The secondary objective was to evaluate the efficacy of norepinephrine in comparison with epinephrine in controlling intraoperative bleeding and maintaining adequate visualization of the arthroscopic field of view during the procedure. We hypothesized that norepinephrine added to the irrigation fluid during shoulder arthroscopy in the sitting position would reduce the occurrence of HBEs, allowing optimal intraoperative bleeding control. ⋯ Level I, randomized clinical study.

The primary objective of this study was to determine whether capsular management technique influences clinical outcomes at a minimum of 2 years after arthroscopic hip preservation surgery. ⋯ Level IV, therapeutic case series.

The purpose of this study was to determine the incidence of meniscal injury, specifically medial meniscal injury, in US Army soldiers undergoing revision anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. ⋯ Level IV, therapeutic case series.
