Review Meta Analysis
Regenerative Potential of Mesenchymal Stem Cells for the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis and Chondral Defects: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.
To perform a systematic review and meta-analysis evaluating the effects of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on cartilage regeneration and patient-reported pain and function. ⋯ II, Systematic Review and Meta-analysis.

The purpose of this study was to conduct a comprehensive systematic review and meta-analysis to investigate the clinical and imaging outcomes of all 4 types of platelet-rich therapies (pure platelet-rich plasma [P-PRP], leukocyte and platelet-rich plasma, pure platelet-rich fibrin, and leukocyte and platelet-rich fibrin) in rotator cuff repairs. ⋯ This analysis demonstrates significant reductions in retear rates when rotator cuff repair is augmented with PRP. P-PRP appears to be the most effective formulation, resulting in significantly improved retear rates and clinical outcome scores when compared with controls.

Comparative Study
A Longitudinal Comparison of Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System to Legacy Scales in Knee and Shoulder Arthroscopy Patients.
The purpose of this prospective correlational study was to compare the psychometric properties of the Defense and Veterans Pain Rating Scale (DVPRS) and Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS) scales with those of traditional legacy scales over a longitudinal postoperative period in patients undergoing arthroscopic procedures. ⋯ Level II, prospective comparative study (with not all participants completing follow-up).

Meta Analysis Comparative Study
Patellar Tendon Versus 4-Strand Semitendinosus and Gracilis Autografts for Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction: A Meta-analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials With Mid- to Long-Term Follow-Up.
To compare patellar tendon (PT) autografts with 4-strand semitendinosus and gracilis (STG) autografts concerning knee stability, functional outcomes, as well as complications after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction at minimal follow-up of 5 years. ⋯ Level I, meta-analysis of Level I studies.

To perform a network meta-analysis to evaluate clinical efficacy and treatment-related adverse events (AEs) of intra-articular hyaluronic acid (HA), leukocyte-poor platelet-rich plasma (LP-PRP), leukocyte-rich platelet-rich plasma (LR-PRP), bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs), adipose mesenchymal stem cells (AD-MSCs), and saline (placebo) during 6 and 12 months of follow-up. ⋯ Level II, meta-analysis of Level I and II studies.
