ReviewMapping the impact of ICU design on patients, families and the ICU team: A scoping review.
Scoping review to map outcomes and describe effects of intensive care unit (ICU) design features on patients, family, and healthcare professionals (HCPs). ⋯ Studies evaluating ICU design measure disparate outcomes. Few studies included patient/ family-reported outcomes; fewer measured objective environment characteristics. Single room layouts may benefit patients and family but contribute to adverse HCP-related outcomes.

Review Meta AnalysisDiagnostic and prognostic prediction models in ventilator-associated pneumonia: Systematic review and meta-analysis of prediction modelling studies.
Existing expert systems have not improved the diagnostic accuracy of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP). The aim of this systematic literature review was to review and summarize state-of-the-art prediction models detecting or predicting VAP from exhaled breath, patient reports and demographic and clinical characteristics. ⋯ PROSPERO CRD42020180218, registered on 05-07-2020.

Review Case ReportsCOVID 19 and the risk of gastro-intestinal perforation: A case series and literature review.
COVID19 is a viral disease with pneumonia as its most common presentation. Many presentations and complications have been reported, but gastro-intestinal perforation has not received much attention. ⋯ Gastro-intestinal perforation is a rare but dangerous complication of COVID19. Treatment with tocilizumab and steroids may both increase the risk of this complication, and hamper diagnosis.
