Much remains to be learned about patients with heart failure with improved ejection fraction (HFimpEF). ⋯ HFimpEF is a common condition across all clinical follow-ups. Prevalent discontinuation of GDMT medications may contribute significantly to recurrent HFrEF, placing patients at a higher risk for poor prognosis.

To explore the feasibility and efficacy of the modified technique of totally intracorporeal ileal conduit (IC) construction via vaginal approach following robot-assisted radical cystectomy (RARC) in females. ⋯ RARC with MICUD represents a safe, feasible and easy-to-learn minimally invasive surgical approach. Patients experience less trauma and faster recoveries.

The current negative trend in the physical behavior and lifestyle of the population therefore requires adequate changes in the professional training of physiotherapists. ⋯ The inclusion of weekly PA monitoring in the professional training of physiotherapists ensured a deeper insight into the possibilities of PA monitoring in physiotherapy practice . Students are prepared to use wearables more widely to improve physical therapy practice.

The relationship between remnant-like particle cholesterol (RLP-C) and cardiovascular disease risk and prognosis has been established, but its effect on the prognosis of ischemic heart failure (IHF) patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) remains uncertain. ⋯ There was an independent and positive correlation between RLP-C and MACE in patients with IHF who underwent PCI.

We attempted to evaluate the immediate high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion-cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 2/3 or worse (HSIL-CIN2+/3+, hereafter referred to as CIN2+/3+) risk of specific human papillomavirus (HPV) genotype and form the precise risk-based triage strategy for atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASC-US) women. ⋯ A new triage strategy for ASC-US women was successfully constructed based on CIN2+/3+ risks of 14 high-risk and 4 intermediate-risk HPVs, which could significantly reduce unnecessary colposcopies.
