Prospective study on burns treated with Integra(®), a cellulose sponge and split thickness skin graft: Comparative clinical and histological study-Randomized controlled trial.
The aim of this study was to compare three different methods to cover excised burn wounds in a randomized controlled trial. ⋯ The final results for all treatments after 12 months demonstrate equal clinical appearance, as well as histological and immunohistochemical findings.

A randomized comparison study of Aquacel Ag and Alginate Silver as skin graft donor site dressings.
This study was conducted to compare pain, healing time, infection rate, and cosmetic outcome between Aquacel Ag (convatec) and Alginate Silver (coloplast) as donor site dressings. ⋯ Based on these results, we find that Alginate Silver is better than Aquacel Ag to cover the skin graft donor site.
