Iliotibial band autograft: what size is the graft? A mathematical and cadaveric model : ITB single and double strand size.
The iliotibial band (ITB) is used in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction in skeletally immature patients as well as several other orthopedic reconstructions. The purpose of this study is to determine the size of the ITB as an autograft option in ACL reconstruction surgery or other orthopedic soft tissue reconstructions. ⋯ Surgeons have a quick reference for the width of ITB they should harvest based on the size of graft they require for a successful surgery.

Comparative StudyComparative study of sacroiliac screw placement guided by 3D-printed template technology and X-ray fluoroscopy.
To compare the clinical effect of 3D-printed template technology with X-ray fluoroscopy in assisting surgery for sacroiliac screws placement. ⋯ Compared with traditional surgery, 3D-printed template technology-assisted surgery for sacroiliac screws placement in sacroiliac complex injury patients possesses advantage such as shortened operation time and reduced X-ray exposure times. This technology improves the safety profile of this operation and should be further studied in future clinical applications.

Trans-tendon suture bridge rotator cuff repair with tenotomized pathologic biceps tendon augmentation in high-grade PASTA lesions.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether trans-tendon suture bridge repair with tenotomized pathologic biceps tendon augmentation improves mid-term clinical outcomes for high-grade partial articular-sided supraspinatus tendon avulsion (PASTA) lesions or not. ⋯ Level IV, Retrospective case study.
