Comparative Study Observational StudyComparing invasive with MRI-derived intracranial pressure measurements in healthy elderly and brain trauma cases: A pilot study.
Intracranial pressure (ICP) is an important physiological parameter in several neurological disorders. Considerable effort has been made to measure ICP noninvasively. MR-based ICP (MR-ICP) is a nonempirical method based on principles of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) physiology, where ICP is obtained from measurements of blood and CSF flows to and from the cranium during the cardiac cycle. ⋯ 3 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Transition zone prostate cancer: Logistic regression and machine-learning models of quantitative ADC, shape and texture features are highly accurate for diagnosis.
The limitation of diagnosis of transition zone (TZ) prostate cancer (PCa) using subjective assessment of multiparametric (mp) MRI with PI-RADS v2 is related to overlapping features between cancers and stromal benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) nodules, particularly in small lesions. ⋯ 3 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Simplified Luminal Water Imaging for the Detection of Prostate Cancer From Multiecho T2 MR Images.
Luminal water imaging (LWI) suffers less from imaging artifacts than the diffusion-weighted imaging used in multiparametric MRI of the prostate. LWI obtains multicompartment tissue information from a multiecho T2 dataset. ⋯ 3 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;50:910-917.

Preoperative prediction of lymphovascular invasion in invasive breast cancer with dynamic contrast-enhanced-MRI-based radiomics.
Lymphovascular invasion (LVI) status facilitates the selection of optimal therapeutic strategy for breast cancer patients, but in clinical practice LVI status is determined in pathological specimens after resection. ⋯ 1 Technical Efficacy Stage: 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;50:847-857.

Rapid Radial T1 and T2 Mapping of the Hip Articular Cartilage With Magnetic Resonance Fingerprinting.
Quantitative MRI can detect early changes in cartilage biochemical components, but its routine clinical implementation is challenging. ⋯ 1 Technical Efficacy: Stage 1 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;50:810-815.
