To analyze whether the drug safety update issued by the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Healthcare Products (AEMPS), dated October 30, 2018, on agranulocytosis and metamizole contains accurate and necessary information to protect patients from the presentation of this adverse reaction (AR) and if the official documentation of medicines containing metamizole for doctors, pharmacists and the general population conforms to the guidelines of the AEMPS to reduce this risk. ⋯ The AEMPS drug safety update can be improved and it is necessary to update the official information documents on metamizole for health professionals and patients in order to decrease the risk of agranulocytosis.

To determine the predisposition to use roll-your-own (RYO) cigarettes and the beliefs about RYO cigarettes of all the students of 3°-4° of ESO during the years 2016-17 and 2018-19. A cross-sectional study. ⋯ Educational activities to improve the information that young people have regarding RYO cigarettes are needed.

To better understand the clinical, functional and analytical variables associated with delirium in emergencies and their evolution in order to obtain an improvement in the therapeutic approach of the elderly patient, thus preventing morbidity and mortality in this type of patient. ⋯ Highlight the fundamental role of neurological diseases (especially dementia), hypertension, polypharmacy (inappropriate use of benzodiazepines and hypnotics) and urinary and respiratory infections as treatable and/or preventable factors of delirium in Primary Care patients in our setting.
