Globally, Overweight has reached epidemic proportions. It is an excessive accumulation of fat that may impair health. Overweight and obesity area major contributor to the global burden of non-communicable disease. The prevalence of overweight is commonly assessed by using Body Mass Index (BMI), where overweight is indicated by BMI greater or equal to 25. Overall, about 13% of the world's adult population was obese in 2016, among them women were more affected than men. Overall,female population is higher than male in Nepal and concentrating on Kaski district female population are significantly more than that of male as per population census of 2011. The objective of this study was to find out the prevalence of overweight among adult women. ⋯ The finding of this study shows prevalence of overweight and obesity was high. Regular Physical exercise and balanced diet should be followed to prevent overweight and noncommunicable diseases.

ReviewCoronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19): A Pediatric Perspective.
Coronavirus disease 2019, the new public health emergency that originated in China, is spreading rapidly across the globe with limited tools to confine this growing pandemic. The virus, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, is transmitted by droplet infection from person to person. Our current understanding of the disease spectrum is limited. ⋯ The disease is confirmed by demonstration of the virus by real-time reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction in respiratory secretions. Due to the lack of specific antiviral agents, we rely on infection-control measures to prevent disease spread and on supportive care for infected ones. This article has summarized the clinical characteristics of children with coronavirus disease 2019 based on published case reports.

Case ReportsOvert Hyperthyroidism in Third Trimester of Pregnancy: A Case Report.
Hyperthyroidism is a state of excessive thyroid function. The most common cause of hyperthyroidism is Graves' disease. ⋯ We present a pregnant women at 31 weeks of gestation presented with shortness of breath and palpitation with previous history of caesarean section and was treated with propyl thiouracil, beta blockers, antihypertensive drug, and during her course of treatment had Preterm Prelabor Rupture of Membrane with subsequent onset of labor and had normal vaginal delivery of 1.7 kg healthy baby. This report emphasize on the timely management of overt symptoms before the onset of labor.
