Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Research Ethics among Researchers in Nepal.
The universal health research ethical principles must be adhered to ensure a balance between science and safeguarding participants' rights, safety and dignity. A cross-sectional study was conducted to assess the knowledge, attitude, and practice of research ethics among researchers in Nepal. ⋯ Half of the respondents had knowledge on different aspects of research ethics.

Case ReportsInfantile Subglottic Hemangioma: A Case ReportInfantile Subglottic Hemangioma: A Case Report.
Subglottic hemangiomas are rare benign vascular tumors of infancy which involve the airway. It is a subtype of infantile hemangiomas and is a potentially life-threatening condition with a mortality rate of 50% if left untreated. ⋯ Due to its similar presentation with other more common respiratory illnesses, the diagnosis can be missed. Oral propranolol is the first-line therapy, which was used successfully in our case.

Case ReportsHerlyn Werner Wunderlich Syndrome with Hydrocolpos: A Case Report.
Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich Syndrome is a very rare congenital malformation of the urogenital tract involving both the Mullerian and Wolffian ducts characterized by the triad uterine diadelphys, obstructed vagina, and unilateral renal agenesis. If not diagnosed on time it may progress to adverse gynecological complications making timely diagnosis and treatment crucial. We hereby present a 14-year girl with right flank pain diagnosed as Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich Syndrome by ultrasound scan which was managed surgically with drainage of hydrocolpos and marsupialization of vaginal septum. On two weeks follow up patient had symptomatic improvement with no any complications.

Early Behavioural Signs among Nepalese Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder: A Descriptive Cross-sectional Study.
Autism Spectrum Disorder is a complex neurodevelopmental condition. Early identification of symptoms is crucial for timely intervention, yet diagnosing very young children can be challenging due to the variability in symptom presentation and the influence of other developmental factors. This study aimed to find the prevalence of the emergence of early behavioural signs in Nepalese children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. ⋯ This study provides insights into the emergence of early behavioural signs in Nepalese children with Autism Spectrum Disorder which align with global patterns in prevalence and severity.

Complete Correction following Temporary Hemiepiphysiodesis using 2-hole Reconstruction Plates among Skeletally Immature Patients with Angular Deformities around Knees: A Descriptive Cross-sectional Study.
Studies have shown that 2-hole reconstruction plates can be used effectively as tension band plates for temporary hemiepiphysiodesis. However, limited data is available regarding the effectiveness of such plates in terms of complete correction rates. This study was aimed to find out the prevalence of complete correction following temporary hemiepiphysiodesis using 2-hole reconstruction plates among skeletally immature patients with angular deformities around knees. ⋯ The prevalence of complete correction following temporary hemiepiphysiodesis using 2-hole reconstruction plate among skeletally immature patients with angular deformities around knees was lower than that reported in other international studies.
