ReviewPhysician well-being in allergy and immunology: Creating a culture of wellness.
There are 3 domains of physician wellness: (1) the culture of wellness, (2) efficiency of practice, and (3) physician resilience. The culture of wellness encompasses an organization's values, environment, and behaviors that foster compassion and growth in its physicians. ⋯ We need to address burnout at every level in health care, namely at health care organization and system levels, individual teams and offices, and at an individual level. In doing so, it becomes obvious that a lack of wellness (burnout) is a systems problem and not an individual's fault. We are all responsible for taking steps to change the culture to one of wellness. Working within our practices, organization, and allergy societies, we can change the culture to one of wellness.

ReviewPhysician wellness in allergy and immunology: Personal resiliency.
Physician burnout and wellness are vital and current issues in medicine, including allergy and immunology. Resilience involves the ability to rebound from personal and professional adversities. Improving individual resilience can be used to combat many of these stresses. ⋯ As we address our own wellness and improve our resilience as physicians, the healthier we become and the better we can advocate for our patients and our specialty of allergy and immunology.

ReviewPrevention and treatment of recurrent viral-induced wheezing in the preschool child.
To summarize the recent evidence in the treatment of viral-induced wheezing in the infant and preschool aged child. ⋯ Recurrent viral-induced wheezing illnesses has been the focus of many clinical trials, which now provide an increasingly robust evidence base for management. Additional research is needed to define optimal strategies, to best match therapies to specific phenotypes and endotypes, and will eventually begin to include therapies directed specifically at the viral triggers.

Review Meta AnalysisMaking the GRADE in anaphylaxis management: Toward recommendations integrating values, preferences, context, and shared decision making.
To review GRADE (Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation) methods and discuss the clinical application of conditional recommendations in clinical guidelines, specifically in the context of anaphylaxis. ⋯ Clinical guidelines provide an important opportunity to critically appraise evidence and translate evidence to practice. Patients, practitioners, and policy makers should appreciate the strength of recommendation and certainty of evidence and understand how this affects guideline applicability and implementation.

ReviewPhenotypes and endotypes in eosinophilic esophagitis.
To improve understanding of the heterogeneous presentation of eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), and its different potential phenotypes and endotypes. ⋯ Eosinophilic esophagitis is an atopic disorder that is increasing in prevalence and can be difficult to treat. Better understanding of phenotypes and endotypes in EoE may enable future care to be individualized more effectively, resulting in shorter time to remission and fewer endoscopies.
