To determine clinical features and biochemical markers in COVID-19 patients at a tertiary care hospital, in Multan. ⋯ Pakistani patients with COVID-19 disease showed variable pattern of clinical features. Case ReportsMyxoid Liposarcoma with Cartilagenous Differentiation.
Myxoid liposarcoma (MLPS) is an adipocytic tumour and second commonest among the types of liposarcoma. It exhibits a wide histological spectrum. It is important to be aware of this diversity of morphology in this tumour to prevent a wrong diagnosis. ⋯ Patient was examined by oncologists. Wide local excision is in plan as two margins were involved by the tumour, while rest of the margins were very close to tumour. Key Words: Liposarcoma, Myxoid, Cartilaginous differentiation.

ReviewCOVID-19 Era: Challenges and Solutions in Dental Education.
Coronavirus infecious disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has brought a myriad of challenges to the dental education. Amidst the quarantine and lockdown measures, face-to-face education is disrupted around the globe. Dental educators have come up with innovative solutions to resume dental education remotely. ⋯ For this narrative review, a thorough in-depth review of the available literature, relevant to our field, was carried out. To assess anxiety in Pakistani doctors in context of COVID-19 pandemic and evaluate possible causes. ⋯ COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the psychological well-being of doctors. ReviewChloroquine and Hydroxychloroquine in COVID-19: Practice Implications for Healthcare Professionals.
Chloroquine (CQ) and its derivatives such as hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) remain mainstay of therapy for malaria. These drugs are also approved for certain autoimmune diseases including systemic lupus erythematosus. The antiviral activities of these drugs and their mechanisms have been studied in vitro previously against various viruses including severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV). ⋯ The authors used the keywords to find the relevant studies, like COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2, pandemic, complications, repositioning, toxicity, overdose, treatment plan, implication strategies, prevention, chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine, clinical trials, drug interactions, and practices advice, etc., in Pubmed and Google Scholar. This review aims to provide a detailed insight of practice implications related to these drugs, which would aid healthcare professionals to ensure the safe use of these drugs during the management of patients with COVID-19 disease.
