Observational StudySpectrum of Addison's Disease in Children.
To determine the clinical presentation of Addison's disease in order to increase the awareness of presentation in Pakistani children. ⋯ There were 36 boys and 27 girls with a mean age at diagnosis of 3.92 and 4.96 years, respectively. Twelve patients were presented with an adrenal crisis following an acute illness. All of them had hyponatraemia; however, 10 had a hyperkalaemia and 8 had been reported with hypoglycaemia. Increased skin pigmentation was observed in 45 children with other identifiable features including weight loss, lethargy, and poor response in activities. Moreover 15 of them were identified with associated disorder (autoimmune polyendocrinopattay syndrome (APS), Allgrove or triple A syndrome, and adrenoleukodystrophy). Conclusion: Typical and atypical presentations of Addison's disease in children of Pakistani population are defined in this study which may assist in better management of Addison's patients. Case ReportsMyxoid Liposarcoma with Cartilagenous Differentiation.
Myxoid liposarcoma (MLPS) is an adipocytic tumour and second commonest among the types of liposarcoma. It exhibits a wide histological spectrum. It is important to be aware of this diversity of morphology in this tumour to prevent a wrong diagnosis. ⋯ Patient was examined by oncologists. Wide local excision is in plan as two margins were involved by the tumour, while rest of the margins were very close to tumour. Key Words: Liposarcoma, Myxoid, Cartilaginous differentiation.

Impact of Malnutrition on Treatment Outcome of Paediatric Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
To analyse the distribution of malnutrition in paediatric acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and its effect on treatment outcome and survival in Pakistani children. ⋯ Malnutrition adversely affects the treatment outcome in paediatric AML. It is significantly associated with increased treatment-related mortality, mainly due to infection and decreased disease-free and overall survival. COVID-19 and Anxiety amongst Doctors: A Pakistani Perspective.
To assess anxiety in Pakistani doctors in context of COVID-19 pandemic and evaluate possible causes. ⋯ COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the psychological well-being of doctors. To determine clinical features and biochemical markers in COVID-19 patients at a tertiary care hospital, in Multan. ⋯ Pakistani patients with COVID-19 disease showed variable pattern of clinical features.
