Possible Potential Outcomes from COVID-19 Complications on Testes: Lesson from SARS Infection.
Coronavirus infection disease-2019 (COVID-19) gained worldwide fame after deadly outbreak in China and its subsequent spread to many countries. So far, COVID-19 is not fully contained, and new cases are arising on daily bases in various countries. Due to zoonotic nature and human-to-human spread, COVID-19 is considered pandemic with more causalities in developing countries. ⋯ In testis, SARS affected patients displayed peritubular fibrosis, extensive germ cell disruption, damage of blood-testis barrier integrity and more frequent occurrence of apoptosis. Here, we critically discuss the possible adverse effects of COVID-19 on the testes of patients along with future precautions to overcome the complications of reproductive organs. Key Words: COVID-19; SARS; ACE2, Testes.

Association of Inflammatory Markers with Mortality in COVID-19 Infection.
To evaluate the association of serum ferritin, lactate dehydrogenase, and C-reactive protein at admission with in-hospital mortality in COVID-19 infection; and to determine best predictive cut-offs. ⋯ Levels of the three inflammatory markers at admission can predict mortality in COVID-19 infection. Key Words: Coronavirus, Inflammation, Mortality, Outcome, Pakistan.

Efficacy and Safety of Semi-rigid Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy (URS) for Proximal Ureteral Stone ≥10 mm.
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the semi-rigid URS with pneumatic lithotripsy for the treatment of large (>10 mm) proximal ureteral calculi. ⋯ Semi-rigid URS is an effective and safe procedure for the large proximal ureteral stones, with limited access to flexible instruments. Key Words: Ureteroscopy, Semi-rigid, Stone, Proximal, Clearance, Safety.

Observational StudyPreoperative Inflammation Markers and De Ritis Ratio in Predicting Clinical Presentation and Prognosis of Patients with Testicular Germ Cell Tumors.
To evaluate the importance of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), neutrophil-to-monocyte ratio (NMR) and De Ritis ratio (DRR) in predicting clinical presentation and prognosis of patients with testicular germ cell tumors (TGCTs). ⋯ Preoperative NLR can be used as an inexpensive and easily accessible marker to predict clinical presentation at diagnosis and mortality rates during follow-up of patients with TGCT. Preoperative LMR can also be associated with the clinical picture at the time of diagnosis of TGCT. Key Words: De ritis ratio, Lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio, Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, Neutrophil-to-monocyte ratio, Platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio, Testicular germ cell tumor.
