Case ReportsChallenges in Retrorectal Cysts: Is Preoperative Diagnosis Essential?
Developmental cysts are a subgroup of perirectal cysts seen extremely rarely. They have no symptoms in 50% of cases, and mostly occur among middle-aged women. The ratio of male to female is approximately 1/3. ⋯ Both underwent surgery via the trans-sacral approach. The cysts were completely removed without abdominal intervention. Key Words: Epidermoi cyst, Pilonidal cyst, Tail-gut cyst, Retrorectal Space.

Follicular Sensitivity Index: A Tool To Predict Successful Conception After Intra-cytoplasmic Sperm Injection.
Follicular sensitivity index (FSI) is used for estimation of follicular responsiveness to controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) during intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). In a retrospective study, FSI of 1,385 females was calculated as [pre-ovulatory follicle count (PFC) × 100,000]/ [antral follicle count (AFC) × total received stimulation doses]. Females were then categorised into low, middle and high FSI groups according to FSI tertile values. ⋯ FSI turned out to be a strong predictor of successful conception on the receiver operating curve with cutoff value 10.36 at 76% specificity, sensitivity of 86% and area under the curve (AUC; 0.83). Calculation of FSI can thus predict the chances of successful conception in females with different causes of infertility. Key Words: Follicular sensitivity index, Infertility, Intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection, Ovarian response, Follicular output rate.

Clinical Application of the FICE Technique for Biopsy of Bronchial Mucosal Lesions.
To determine the diagnostic accuracy of flexile spectral imaging color enhancement (FICE) of abnormal morphologic changes in bronchial mucosal lesions. ⋯ The FICE technique showed significant enhancement of bronchial mucosal lesion diagnosis, which can help endoscopists in the early and accurate diagnosis. Key Words: FICE, Bronchial mucosal lesions, Biopsy, Diagnostic accuracy.

Feasibility of Compressed Chemotherapy Pediatric Ewing Sarcoma Regimen In Pakistan.
A retrospective chart review was conducted to determine the feasibility of interval-compressed chemotherapy regimen in pediatric Ewing sarcoma (ES) patients treated at Department of Pediatric Oncology, Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust Cancer Hospital, Lahore, Pakistan, from June 2017 to December 2018. Data was collected regarding demographics, treatment duration and timing, complications and outcome. Completion of treatment within 8 months as considered on time. ⋯ Two patients died of sepsis, one developed cardiac failure, and one died of progressive disease. This single-institution review showed that patients can tolerate interval-compressed chemotherapy protocol regimen for ES with adequate supportive care. Key Words: Ewing sarcoma, chemotherapy, Compressed regimen, feasibility, Pediatrics.

Case ReportsWhat Can be Done for Large and Multiple Choledochal Stones?
Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography may fail to extract large and multiple choledochal stones in a single session, necessitating a repeat procedure. This paper presents the case of a 68-year female patient who underwent stone extraction following endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and a subsequent biliary stenting procedure for multiple choledochal stones. Cholelithiasis and choledocholithiasis were detected in the above patient presenting with abdominal pain and jaundice. ⋯ The duct was then cleared using the balloon/basket technique. No problem occurred within the follow-up period and the patient underwent a successful cholecystectomy four weeks after the procedure. Multiple stenting is one treatment method that can be performed in selected patients with large and multiple choledochal stones. Key Words: Choledocholithiasis, Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), Biliary stenting.
