Evaluation of The Effects of Different Remineralization agents on Initial Enamel Lesions by Scanning Electron Microscope and Energy-Distributed X-ray Analysis.
This study compared the ability of four remineralization agents to restore demineralised enamel lesions in permanent human incisors. ⋯ The group treated with a fluoride-free, xylitol-containing ROCS medical remineralising gel had the lowest Ca/P ratio. Compared with the control groups, Remin Pro and ROCS remineralising gel appeared effective for repairing initial enamel lesions.

The effect of music on state anxiety in patients undergoing extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy?
Extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy is a commonly used method to break down kidney stones in urology clinics. This study aims to investigate whether or not listening to music is effective against state anxiety in patients undergoing kidney stone treatment with this method. ⋯ Among the groups homogeneously distributed according to age and gender, significantly lower anxiety scores of groups that listened to music compared with the control group have provided supporting data to be open-minded and exploratory about increasing patient tolerability and comfort during these potentially pain-inducing procedures.
