The objective was to assess the current knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions of parents toward the use of Silver Diamine Fluoride in children's primary teeth and identify related factors. ⋯ The present study demonstrates that SDF is acceptable among Saudi parents/relatives to arrest dental caries. However, pigmentation of anterior teeth is a major concern.

Chest computed tomography (CT) imaging provides results more rapidly and with higher sensitivity than reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction in diagnosis of COVID-19. ⋯ Threshold value of CT_SS determined will help to expedite diagnosis of COVID-19 patients by the clinicians in an early stage especially in India and other developing countries which have a high patient volume and limited health resources.

Human teeth and nails have demonstrated similar factors genetically, embryologically, and morphologically. The fingernail form may be used as a post-extraction guide for selecting the tooth form. ⋯ A definite correlation exists between maxillary central incisor tooth form and fingernail form. The fingernail form may be used as a post-extraction guide for selecting the maxillary central incisor tooth form in the Saudi Arabian population.

Neuroinflammation in patients undergoing major surgery can lead to neuronal damage, and neuronal damage can be detected through the measurement of biochemical markers of brain damage. S100 beta (S100 β), neuron-specific enolase (NSE), and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) levels are considered good biomarkers to detect brain damage that emerged with neurotoxicity. ⋯ Neuroprotective approaches in anesthesia protocol protect patients from brain damage during liver transplantation and prevent the development of postoperative cognitive dysfunction. Since the significant increase in NSE levels during liver transplantations was deemed to have been associated with causes other than neuronal damage, NSE should not be evaluated as a marker of brain damage in these operations.

Case Reports
Giant conjunctival melanoma treated with excision and primary reconstruction using a partial thickness skin graft.
Conjunctival melanoma is a rare type of malignancy of ocular surface tissue with a high recurrence rate, sight, and life-threatening malignancy. In this paper, we report a case of giant conjunctival melanoma in an 86-year-old woman, localized on her left eye. ⋯ In the three years of follow-up, no signs of recurrence have been observed. The treatment approach with local excision and subsequent reconstruction with the partial thickness skin graft or excision with adjuvant therapy has given a good clinical outcome.
