To investigate the clinical value of contrast-enhanced CT combined with PET/CT in the differential diagnosis of mediastinal lymph node metastasis (MLNM) of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). ⋯ Contrast-enhanced CT combined with PET/CT in the diagnosis of MLNM of NSCLC presents higher coincidence rate, sensitivity and accuracy. With the increase in tumor malignancy, the enhancement degree and radioactive substance concentration increase. The two methods are synergistic and complementary in diagnosing MLNM.

To observe the clinical efficacy and complications of conbercept combined with a 577-nm micropulse laser in patients with macular edema (ME) secondary to non-ischemic central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO). ⋯ Conbercept combined with 577-nm micropulse laser treatment can benefit patients with non-ischemic CRVO-induced ME by improving their visual acuity and relieve ME symptoms. As a regimen of impressive clinical efficacy, it is of great value for wide application in clinical practice.

To evaluate the effectiveness of Tranexamic Acid in preventing postpartum hemorrhage against placebo in high-risk women undergoing cesarean section. ⋯ The study highlighted the significance of tranexamic acid in controlling post-partum hemorrhages, the requirement of additional uterotonic agents, improving post-partum hemoglobin, and the need for blood transfusion.

To find the frequency of complete remission rate after standard 3+7 induction therapy in patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) among different clinicopathological groups. ⋯ It was concluded that 3+7 induction chemotherapy has 54% CR rates in patients with AML. Whereas, in AML-M5, AML-M6, AML-NOS patients especially, with high LDH and TLC and patients with advanced age, CR rate is low and needs more aggressive treatment.

To investigate the clinical value of propranolol combined with oxaliplatin and tigio in concurrent chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced gastric cancer. ⋯ Propranolol combined with oxaliplatin and tigio boasts satisfactory sensitization safety in radiotherapy for gastric cancer, but its sensitization effect needs to be further investigated in a multi-center study involving large sample size.
