To determine normal mandibular linear values in three vertical groups, to compare right and left side to highlight a prevalent pattern towards mandibular asymettry. ⋯ There was no statistically significant difference in condylar, ramal, and total asymmetry index between different vertical groups. Between the right and left sides, condylar height and gonial angles were significantly increased on the right side. However, Ramal height showed no significant difference. Ramal index has a strong linear correlation with total asymmetry index.

To evaluate the clinical effect of intravascular interventional therapy in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and its influence on cognitive function, cerebral hemodynamics and inflammatory factors as well as its clinical significance. ⋯ Intravascular interventional therapy is an effective treatment regimen for acute ischemic stroke boasting a variety of advantages over conventional thrombolysis, such as significant symptom improvement, high efficacy, favourable recovery of cognitive function and activities of daily living, improvement of cerebral hsemodynamic indicators, and significant reduction of inflammatory cytokine levels.

To explore the clinical effect and prognostic factors of mechanical thrombectomy in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. ⋯ Mechanical thrombectomy is effective in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and can effectively promote the recanalization of occluded vessels, but the NIHSS and ASPECT scores from the onset to the time of admission before thrombectomy can directly affect the prognosis of patients.

To study the effects of melatonin in preventing neonatal neuronal apoptosis induced by maternal hypothyroidism. ⋯ Intake of melatonin during pregnancy and lactation protected the brains of offspring from extensive apoptosis during maternal hypothyroidism.

To evaluate the value of three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound (3D-TVS) for endometrial lesions in postmenopausal women, so as to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of endometrial lesions in postmenopausal women. ⋯ 3D-TVS has obvious clinical value in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions in postmenopausal women, boasting a variety of advantages, such as high accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, effectively reflecting the blood flow of patients with endometrial lesions, and further determining the degree of benign and malignant lesions in patients.
