Kawasaki disease is a generalized systemic vasculitis that affects blood vessels throughout the body. The aetiology of Kawasaki disease is still unknown but is thought to be related to the combined effects of the immune response, genetic susceptibility, and infections including COVID-19. In this case report, we present a seven months old male infant who presented to us with fever, swollen lips, ulcers in the mouth, enlarged tonsils, strawberry tongue, conjunctivitis and generalised non-blanchable maculopapular rash. ⋯ The repeat echocardiography on six weeks follow-up turned out normal. In conclusion, there should be a high index of suspicion of Kawasaki disease while evaluating pediatric patients with COVID-19 infection so that timely intervention can be made to prevent complications. Prospective studies are needed to evaluate the relationship between Kawasaki Disease and COVID-19 infection.

Preoperative rehabilitation should improve the functional condition of patients. Improvements in metabolism, lung mechanics, cardiovascular function, and muscle-function can be achieved by pulmonary rehabilitation. Hence, we focused on elderly patients with lung cancer undergoing surgery, and assessed the effectiveness of a rapid and precise pulmonary rehabilitation nursing program during the perioperative period. ⋯ Strengthening pulmonary rehabilitation nursing interventions for elderly patients with lung cancer during the perioperative period can reduce their postoperative complications and promote their rapid recovery. Clinical Trial: Registration Number - ChiCTR2100042916.].

To compare and analyze the incidence of anxiety and depression of infectious disease fever patients in hospitalized isolation and home isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the risk factors for the negative emotions of hospitalized isolation patients. ⋯ The prevalence and severity of anxiety and depression in hospitalized isolation patients due to infectious disease fever are significantly higher than those of home isolation patients. The focus groups are women, with bad economic status and poor isolation attitude. Necessary psychological counseling and social support should be provided to these groups to reduce negative emotions and increase the experience of isolated patients.

The current review aimed to assess the efficacy of adjunctive chlorhexidine (CHX) in the non-surgical treatment of peri-implantitis/peri-implant mucositis. ⋯ Evidence on the efficacy of adjunctive CHX for peri-implant mucositis is conflicting. Similarly, strong conclusions on the effect of CHX for peri-implantitis cannot be drawn due to limited number of studies. Overall, there seems to be a trend of non-significant impact of CHX on outcomes of peri-implant mucositis as well as peri-implantitis.
