To evaluate the effect of enteral nutrition on heart function, inflammatory markers and immune function in elderly patients with chronic heart failure and its clinical significance. ⋯ Reasonable enteral nutrition boasts a variety of benefits for the recovery of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. With reasonable enteral nutrition, the heart function of elderly patients with chronic heart failure can be significantly improved, inflammatory factors can be reduced, immunity and performance status can be enhanced, and gastrointestinal tolerance can be ameliorated without obvious gastrointestinal reactions.

To identify the percentage of ovarian cancers with positive peritoneal cytology and to correlate the positive cytology with the prognostic factors. ⋯ Peritoneal cytology correlates with the tumor size, stage, and omental metastasis of the malignant ovarian tumors. It should be routinely performed at the time of surgery for the optimal staging of the patients.

To compare the levels of cortisol in patients of vasovagal syncope (VVS) and postural tachycardia syndrome (POTS). ⋯ It is concluded from the study that cortisol responses of VVS and POTS were positive.

To investigate the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae pulmonary infection in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery. ⋯ For patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who have pulmonary infection after minimally invasive surgery, risk factors causing infection should be identified in time, their Klebsiella pneumoniae infection should be correctly monitored, and antibiotics should be taken rationally to effectively promote the elimination of brain edema in patients and protect the cranial nerve function of patients.

To explore the clinical value of minimally invasive aspiration and drainage of intracranial hematoma in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. ⋯ In the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, minimally invasive intracranial hematoma aspiration and drainage facilitates the recovery of patients, promotes the improvement of neurological function, and has a high safety profile and an ideal prognostic quality.
