To discuss the function of mixed reality (MR) technology in guiding location of intervertebral foramen microscopic puncture and analyze its feasibility and clinical application value. ⋯ Mixed reality (MR) can accurately guide the establishment of intervertebral foramen microscopic cannula, solve the bottleneck problem of intervertebral foramen microscopic technology, promote puncture success rate, reduce repeated puncture times, avoid by-injury, shorten puncture time and reduce X-ray radiation quantity of operators and patients, so it deserves to be promoted and applied.

To determine the frequency of microalbuminuria (MAU) or Moderate Albumin Excretion (MAE) in treatment naïve type II diabetic patients and to compare the frequency of silent myocardial ischemia in treatment naive Type-II diabetic patients with and without microalbuminuria. ⋯ The frequency of microalbuminuria/ Moderate Albumin Excretion in treatment naïve type II diabetic patients was high and associated with the frequency of silent myocardial ischemia in treatment naïve type II diabetic patients with and without MAU MAU/MAE.

To estimate frequency of stunting and associated factors in children aged less than five years in a tertiary care hospital of Lahore. ⋯ The frequency of stunting in children less than five years of age is 42 (21.0%). The significant risk factors associated with stunting were found as male gender (p= 0.047), joint family system (p=0.049), low maternal education (p=0.031), unvaccinated status(p=0.03).

To analyze the clinical effect of delivery ball and free position delivery nursing in primipara delivery. ⋯ In the delivery of primipara, delivery ball combined with free position delivery can help the primipara relieve pain, improve comfort degree, reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, shorten the duration of various stages of labor, and improve the delivery outcome. It has a high clinical promotion value.

This study estimated the concentration of Ca, Mg and F in drinking water from five counties in Transylvania, Romania and correlated these with mineral values found in the dentine of permanent carious teeth. The role of these minerals on the re-mineralization of teeth is broadly analyzed. ⋯ The results of this study indicate the need for improving the prevention of dental caries which is a priority in promoting orthodontic health for children. The variability in dentine minerals indicates the fact that permanent molar dentin represents an important biomarker for exposure. The future research will have to take into consideration the community residency status and the fact that these studies require a large sample to separate individual and community level contributions to dentin fluoride. Considering these notifications, we conclude that minerals are highly associated with caries.
