To investigate whether Infra-low frequency Neurofeedback (ILF-NFB) training can improve brain electrical activity in children with autism spectrum disorders ASD. ⋯ Decline in delta, theta, beta and alpha waves propose that ILF-NF training can be effective in improving the EEG activity. ILF-NFB can be perceived as a valuable non-invasive, non-pharmacological intervention for improving EEG pattern via reintegration of brain activity resulting in increased the attention and focus, enhanced mental stability and cognitive engagement.

To compare the efficacy of intra-articular steroid injection with ultrasound-guided supra-scapular nerve block in the management of frozen shoulder in terms of shoulder pain and disability index score and range of motion. ⋯ Ultrasound guided supra-scapular nerve block is better than intra-articular steroid injection in managing frozen shoulder.

To explore the effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction (GQD) combined with dietary management in the treatment of patients with Type-2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and metabolic syndrome (MetS) (T2DM MetS). ⋯ When taken as an adjunct to the conventional drug regimen, GQD combined with dietary management can effectively regulate blood glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with T2DM and MetS (T2DM MetS), improve TNF-α and ADP levels, and enhance disease treatment effectiveness.

To explore the clinical value of Vitamin-D combined with budesonide/formoterol (BF) and theophylline sodium glycinate (TSG) sustained-release tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). ⋯ The combination of Vitamin-D, BF, and TSG sustained-release tablets can effectively regulate the blood gas status of patients with COPD, improve lung function, regulate FeNO and 25 (OH) D, and effectively downregulate the levels of inflammatory factors, thus reducing the degree of inflammatory response.
