Comparison of Treatment Patterns in Patients with Migraine Initiating Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide Monoclonal Antibodies: A Retrospective Real-World US Study.
Calcitonin gene-related peptide monoclonal antibodies (CGRP mAbs) are indicated for migraine prevention in the United States. Limited data comparing real-world treatment patterns for CGRP mAbs are available. ⋯ Patients with migraine who initiated treatment with galcanezumab showed higher persistence and lower treatment discontinuation rates than those initiating either fremanezumab or erenumab.

Case ReportsAmenorrhea in an Adolescent Female as a Rare Adverse Event of Upadacitinib Treatment for Atopic Dermatitis.
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common chronic inflammatory cutaneous disease. Upadacitinib, a selective JAK-1 inhibitor, has been approved as a systemic medication for moderate-to-severe AD in patients aged ≥12 years. ⋯ Herein, we report a rare adverse event of amenorrhea in an adolescent female patient who was treated with upadacitinib for AD. This case report expands the range of adverse events potentially associated with upadacitinib therapy.

Sociodemographic Data and Factors That Influence Patient Satisfaction with the Occupational Health Service of the Tete Provincial Hospital, Mozambique, 2022.
The quality of the health services offered are very important to guarantee access to quality health and promote well-being for all, at all ages, as recommended in the Sustainable Development Goals 2030. This study aims to assess the degree of satisfaction of users of the Occupational Health Service of the Tete Provincial Hospital. A cross-sectional study was conducted. ⋯ Participants age, gender, marital status, and level of education were associated with overall satisfaction (p < 0.001). The factors that influence the satisfaction of users of the Occupational Health Service were the cleanliness of the hospital, opening hours, ease of care, speed and waiting time. The satisfaction of users of the Occupational Health Service of the Tete Provincial Hospital was high.

To date, the primary global concern has revolved around addressing the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there is a growing awareness of the pandemic's secondary impacts on critical aspects of healthcare, such as childhood immunization programs. ⋯ The study highlights a reduction in routine immunization coverage during the pandemic, a concerning issue that increases the risk of vaccine-preventable diseases, particularly in rural areas.

Assessment of the Reliability and Clinical Applicability of ChatGPT's Responses to Patients' Common Queries About Rosacea.
Artificial intelligence chatbot, particularly ChatGPT (Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer), is capable of analyzing human input and generating human-like responses, which shows its potential application in healthcare. People with rosacea often have questions about alleviating symptoms and daily skin-care, which is suitable for ChatGPT to response. This study aims to assess the reliability and clinical applicability of ChatGPT 3.5 in responding to patients' common queries about rosacea and to evaluate the extent of ChatGPT's coverage in dermatology resources. ⋯ ChatGPT 3.5 exhibits excellent reliability and clinical applicability in responding to patients' common queries about rosacea. This artificial intelligence tool is applicable for supporting rosacea patient education.
