[European Registry on the management of Helicobacter pylori infection: features of diagnosis and treatment in Kazan].
As part of an observational multicenter prospective study European Registry on the management of Helicobacter pylori infection, conducted on the initiative of the European H. pylori and Microbiota Study Group, the compliance of clinical practice in the management of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection in Kazan with clinical guidelines was assessed. ⋯ The results indicate a high frequency of non-invasive methods use for assessing the effectiveness of eradication therapy; however, the overall rate of eradication efficacy assessment is low, limiting the possibility of analyzing the eradication results. The effectiveness of the most common 14-day standard triple first-line therapy in Kazan doesnt reach the recommended 90% eradication level. This could be explained by high rate of pantoprazole use, which is not an optimal proton pump inhibitor in eradication therapy regimens.

[Detection of activating mutations in RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK and JAK/STAT signaling pathways].
The study of activating mutations (NRAS,KRAS,FLT3,JAK2,CRLF2genes) of RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK and JAK/STAT signaling pathways in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) in adult patients which are included in Russian multicenter clinical trials. ⋯ NRAS,KRAS,FLT3,JAK2activating mutations do not affect the long-term results of the therapy and the rate of the negative status achievement of the minimum residual disease in patients withBCR-ABL1-negative B-ALL treated by the Russian multicenter clinical trials.

Currently, the main pathogenetic method for the treatment of paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) is the treatment with recombinant monoclonal antibodies that block the C5 component of the complement system. Eculizumab is the first biotechnological drug, which is a monoclonal antibody, with proven clinical efficacy and safety for the treatment of patients with PNH, which is used in world clinical practice. In Russia, in the framework of the state program Development of the pharmaceutical and medical industry for 20132020 was developed Elizaria (JSC GENERIUM) the first biosimilar of the original drug eculizumab.
