Multicenter Study Clinical Trial Observational Study
Plasma Neurofilament Light for Prediction of Disease Progression in Familial Frontotemporal Lobar Degeneration.
We tested the hypothesis that plasma neurofilament light chain (NfL) identifies asymptomatic carriers of familial frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD)-causing mutations at risk of disease progression. ⋯ Plasma NfL identifies asymptomatic carriers of FTLD-causing mutations at short-term risk of disease progression and is a potential tool to select participants for prevention clinical trials.

Long-term safety, tolerability, and efficacy of fremanezumab in migraine: A randomized study.
To assess the long-term safety, tolerability, and efficacy of fremanezumab, a fully humanized monoclonal antibody approved for the preventive treatment of migraine. ⋯ This study provides Class IV evidence that long-term fremanezumab treatment is safe, well tolerated, and effective at sustaining reductions in monthly migraine and headache days.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study
One-year sustained efficacy of erenumab in episodic migraine: Results of the STRIVE study.
To assess efficacy and tolerability of 1-year erenumab treatment in patients with episodic migraine. ⋯ Class II evidence that 52 weeks of treatment with erenumab 70 and 140 mg subcutaneously monthly results in sustained reductions in monthly migraine days and similar dose tolerability for patients with episodic migraine.

Multicenter Study
MRI-EEG correlation for outcome prediction in postanoxic myoclonus: A multicenter study.
To examine the prognostic ability of the combination of EEG and MRI in identifying patients with good outcome in postanoxic myoclonus (PAM) after cardiac arrest (CA). ⋯ EEG and MRI are complementary and identify both good and poor outcome in patients with PAM with high accuracy. An MRI should be considered in patients with myoclonus showing continuous or reactive EEGs.
