[Correlation of clinical outcome and spinopelvic sagittal alignment after surgical posterior intervertebral fusion combined with pedicle screw fixation for Low-grade isthmic lumbar spondylolisthesis].
To investigate the effect of the sagittal alignment of the spine and pelvis after surgical posterior intervertebral fusion combined with pedicle screw fixation for low-grade isthmic lumbar spondylolisthesis, and to assess the effectiveness. ⋯ Surgical posterior intervertebral fusion combined with pedicle screw fixation for low-grade isthmic spondylolisthesis can effectively improve and maintain the spinal sagittal parameters. SVA and SSA are adequate to evaluate pre-and post-operative balance. The good clinical outcome is closely related with the improved of SVA and SSA.

[Effect of tourniquet on perioperative blood loss and short-term effectiveness in total knee arthroplasty].
To investigate the effect of applying a tourniquet on perioperative blood loss and shortterm effectiveness in primary total knee arthroplasty (TKA). ⋯ Application of a tourniquet in TKA increases hidden blood loss, and there is no obvious advantage in reducing transfusion rate compared with the non-tourniquet group, so it is recommended to reduce the time and pressure of the tourniquet for patients with high-risk of thrombosis.

[Influence of Nogo extracellular peptide residues 1-40 gene modification on survival and differentiation of neural stem cells after transplantation].
To investigate the influence of Nogo extracellular peptide residues 1-40 (NEP1-40) gene modification on the survival and differentiation of the neural stem cells (NSCs) after transplantation. ⋯ NEP1-40 gene modification can significantly improve the survival and differentiation of NSCs after transplantation, but has no induction on cell differentiation. It can provide a new idea and reliable experimental base for the study of NSCs transplantation for SCI.

Review Comparative Study[Research progress in comparison of minimally invasive versus open transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion].
To review the latest comparative research of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) and traditional open approach. ⋯ Minimally invasive TLIF is not significantly superior to open TLIF, and it does not reduce the paraspinal muscles injury. But prospective double-blind randomized control trials are still needed for further study.

[A preliminary study on repairing defects at medial malleolus in children by vascularized fibular head composite flap].
To investigate the operative method and effectiveness of repairing defects at medial malleolus in children with vascularized fibular head composite flap. ⋯ The satisfactory short-term effectiveness can be obtained in repairing children medial malleolus and soft tissue defects by vascularized fibular head composite flap, and the reconstructed medial malleolus can develop with the growth of children. Long-term effectiveness still need more follow-up study.
