[Risk factors for delirium in intensive care unit and its duration].
To screen risk factors for delirium and its duration in intensive care unit (ICU) patients. ⋯ APACHE II score, the length of ICU stay and the use of sedatives were common risk factors for ICU delirium and its duration. The hypoxic duration was risk factors for ICU delirium duration.

[Analysis of clinical effects of early enteral nutrition standardized treatment process management on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on invasive mechanical ventilation].
To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition (EN) standardized treatment process management on the ventilation treatment effect and prognosis of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) on invasive mechanical ventilation. ⋯ The management of early EN standardized treatment process for patients with AECOPD on invasive mechanical ventilation may alleviate the respiratory muscle fatigue status, and does not increase the complications.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Clinical application of adaptive minute ventilation + IntelliCycle ventilation mode in patients with mild-to-moderate acute respiratory distress syndrome].
To verify the clinical safety and efficacy of new intelligent ventilation mode adaptive minute ventilation (AMV)+IntelliCycle ventilation in patients with mild-to-moderate acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ⋯ AMV+IntelliCycle ventilation mode can shorten the ventilation time of patients with mild-to-moderate ARDS, reduce mechanical power, and reduce the workload of medical care, but PaCO2 in the patients with AMV+IntelliCycle mode is higher than that in the patients with SIMV+PSV mode.

Meta Analysis[Diagnostic accuracy of artery peak velocity variation measured by bedside real-time ultrasound for prediction of fluid responsiveness: a Meta-analysis].
To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasonic measurement of artery peak velocity variation (ΔVpeak) on predicting fluid responsiveness in critically ill patients. ⋯ Ultrasonic measurement of ΔVpeak has a high value in predicting fluid responsiveness. It is a reliable parameter for the evaluation of shock, critical illness and surgical operation population who need to monitor the fluid responsiveness.

[Diffusion tensor imaging and resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging in patients with delirium in intensive care unit].
To analyze the brain function of patients with delirium in intensive care unit (ICU) using resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), further analyze the structural changes in the brain using diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), and explore the correlations of brain function with structural changes in patients with delirium in ICU from a new perspective of functional imaging, provide visual evidence for the diagnosis of delirium. ⋯ Multiple brain regions of patients with delirium present abnormal resting-state brain function. The abnormal resting-state brain function of the left superior frontal gyrus is closely related to the occurrence of delirium. Structural damage is found in multiple brain regions of patients with delirium. The structural changes in the frontal lobe, temporal lobe, corpus callosum, hippocampus and cerebellum and their abnormal functions can be used as preliminary imaging indexes for the diagnosis of delirium.
