[Clinical investigation on the related factors for the application of systemic glucocorticoids in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with carbon dioxide retention].
To investigate the factors affecting the application of systemic glucocorticoids in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) with carbon dioxide (CO2) retention, and to guide the formulation of a strategy to reduce systemic glucocorticoid exposure. ⋯ For AECOPD patients with CO2 retention, high FEV1% at stable phase, high EOS level at admission, aerosolized inhaled glucocorticoid and non-invasive mechanical ventilation at acute exacerbation can reduce systemic glucocorticoid exposure. In addition, high frequency of acute exacerbation within 1 year, heart failure, and high PaCO2 can increase systemic glucocorticoid exposure.

Meta Analysis[A systematic review and Meta-analysis of Tongfu Xiefei method in the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome].
To systematically review the effect of Tongfu Xiefei method on prognosis and respiratory mechanics parameters in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ⋯ Tongfu Xiefei method is capable of reducing the in-hospital mortality, shortening the mechanical ventilation time and the length of ICU stay, and improving respiratory mechanics parameters for patients with ARDS.

Meta Analysis[Regional citrate versus heparin anticoagulation in continuous renal replacement therapy in critically ill patients: a Meta-analysis].
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of regional citrate and heparin anticoagulation in continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in critically ill patients by Meta-analysis. ⋯ Regional citrate anticoagulation could significantly prolong circuit life span and decrease the risk of bleeding, and should be preferentially selected for the CRRT anticoagulation in critically ill patients.

[Differences in immune damage between patients with severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome and patients with tsutsugamushi disease].
To analyze the difference of immune damage between patients with severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) and patients with tsutsugamushi disease. ⋯ The immune function was impaired more seriously in SFTS patients than that in tsutsugamushi disease patients. Excessive humoral immunity and apoptosis of T lymphocytes are closely related to the death in SFTS patients. The detection of CD4 cells, plasma cells and proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines (e.g. IL-6, IL-10) had great clinical significance for the differentiation and illness evaluation in disease with SFTS or tsutsugamushi disease.
