Randomized Controlled Trial[Application of goal-oriented fluid replacement therapy in volume management of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section].
To observe the effect of fluid therapy on volume and coagulation function in patients with severe postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section of placenta accreta under the guidance of inferior vena cava diameter (IVCD) and inferior vena cava collapse index (IVC-CI). ⋯ Fluid resuscitation guided by IVC-CI can effectively reduce the volume of blood and fluid transfusion and blood loss in patients with severe postpartum hemorrhage and improve their blood coagulation function.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Effect of positive end expiratory pressure level selection in prone position ventilation on lung recruitment and inflammatory factors in patients with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome].
To investigate the effect of positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) level selection on prone position ventilation and inflammatory factors in patients with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ⋯ The higher PEEP level combined with prone position ventilation is beneficial to the severe ARDS patients with better lung recruitment effect and arterial blood gas improvement, thus promote the patients' recovery. But the higher initial PEEP will induce the release of inflammatory factors to a certain extent.

Randomized Controlled Trial[A clinical study on the determination of cuff pressure in artificial airway by minimum air leakage method].
To compare the cuff pressure and leakage volume and the related complications of filling the tracheal tube cuff by minimum air leakage method and cuff pressure manometer method after endotracheal intubation, so as to provide theoretical basis for patients who was intubated to obtain appropriate cuff pressure. ⋯ The optimal cuff pressure is very important for preventing VAP and reducing airway complications. The minimum air leakage method makes the clinical obtained endotracheal intubation cuff pressure more accurately, with less air leakage, safe and effective, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Clinical research of early goal directed sedation applying in acute brain injury].
To investigate the value and feasibility of early goal directed sedation (EGDS) in patients with acute brain injury. ⋯ EGDS can improve the GCS score and BIS value of patients with acute brain injury, suggesting that the EGDS is safe and feasible, which can help improve neurological function in patients with acute brain injury.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Clinical application of adaptive minute ventilation + IntelliCycle ventilation mode in patients with mild-to-moderate acute respiratory distress syndrome].
To verify the clinical safety and efficacy of new intelligent ventilation mode adaptive minute ventilation (AMV)+IntelliCycle ventilation in patients with mild-to-moderate acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ⋯ AMV+IntelliCycle ventilation mode can shorten the ventilation time of patients with mild-to-moderate ARDS, reduce mechanical power, and reduce the workload of medical care, but PaCO2 in the patients with AMV+IntelliCycle mode is higher than that in the patients with SIMV+PSV mode.
