[Analysis of the characteristics of toxins in 6005 cases of acute poisoning in Guangxi].
To investigate the toxin characteristics of toxins in patients of acute poisoning in the Guangxi area. ⋯ In the high-occurrence category, the poison species was least, the poisoning cases were most, the variety of the affected cases by each poison was largest, and the case involved by each toxin was increased by year. But in the newly occurred category, the poison constituent ratio was largest, but the poisoning population was the least, the disparity of each poison was least, and the toxin increased and the population affected each year were elevated. The characteristics of low-occurrence poison were between high-occurrence poison and newly occurred poison.

[Influence of time of initiation of continuous renal replacement therapy on prognosis of critically ill patients with acute kidney injury].
To investigate the influence of the time of initiation of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) on the survival and recovery of renal function in survivors of critically ill patients with acute kidney injury (AKI). ⋯ Our results indicated that the time of initiation of CRRT by AKIN classification has no effect on the 28-, 90-, 180-day survival rate, ICU survival rate and outcome of renal function in survivors of critically ill patients with AKI. Improving CRRT dose may improve 28-day survival rate.

[The protective effect of different doses of dexamethasone on acute kidney injury induced by sepsis in mice].
To investigate the effect of different doses of dexamethasone (DEX) on sepsis induced acute kidney injury (AKI). ⋯ DEX given in physiological-dose could increase renal GR-α level and alleviate the sepsis induced kidney injury. The protective effect was much better than that of high dose DEX.
