[Effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation and high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy on the clinical efficacy of coronavirus disease 2019 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome].
To observe the effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) and high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy (HFNC) on the prognosis of patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) accompanied with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ⋯ Compared with HFNC, NIPPV doesn't significantly reduce the intubation rate and mortality of patients with COVID-19 accompanied with ARDS, but it significantly increases the S/F ratio of those patients.

[Effect of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and mild hypercapnia: a retrospective cohort study based on the Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care-IV database].
To observe the effect of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy (HFNC) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and mild hypercapnia, and to evaluate the early predictive ability of physiological parameters in these patients. ⋯ HFNC can be used in COPD patients with mild hypercapnia, but it cannot replace NIV. The accuracy of ROX index at 4 hours after HFNC treatment in predicting intubation in COPD patients with mild hypercapnia is poor.

[Value of combined detection of biomarkers in early diagnosis and prognosis of patients with septic myocardial injury].
To investigate the value of combined detection of biomarkers in early diagnosis and prognosis of patients with septic myocardial injury. ⋯ H-FABP plays an important role in the early diagnosis and prognosis of septic myocardial injury. Early combined detection of NT-proBNP, CK-MB and H-FABP can significantly improve the diagnostic ability of septic myocardial injury, and NT-proBNP and cTnI combined with H-FABP can significantly improve the ability to predict the adverse prognosis of sepsis myocardial injury.

Multicenter Study[Age-related differences in the management and outcome of acute coronary syndrome under the chest pain center model: a multicenter retrospective study].
To assess the age-related differences in the management strategies and outcomes of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) under the chest pain center model. ⋯ In the chest pain center model, compared with other age of ACS patients, the proportion of NSTEMI in elderly patients group aged ≥ 75 years old was higher, the proportion of PCI was lower, and the clinical outcome was worse. However, the prognosis of elderly patients receiving PCI treatment was better than the patients receiving conservative treatment.
