Multicenter Study[Current state of sedation, analgesia and blood glucose management in intensive care units of county hospitals: a multicenter cross-sectional survey in Guizhou Province of China].
To investigate the current state of sedation, analgesia and blood glucose management in intensive care units (ICUs) of county hospitals in Guizhou Province of China, and to provide the evidences for improving quality control in critical care medicine. ⋯ The evaluation of analgesia and sedation in the ICUs of county hospitals in Guizhou Province was seriously inadequate and needed to be strengthened urgently. Moreover, the strategy of blood glucose management was also needed to be improved.

Multicenter Study Observational Study[A multicenter confirmatory study about precision and practicability of Sepsis-3].
To clinically validate the precision of diagnostic Sepsis-3 criteria, and to guide and generalize its clinical application. ⋯ Patients satisfied Sepsis-3 were easier to develop more organ failure, Sepsis-3 and higher death prediction than Sepsis-2 and higher diagnosis specificity, but data shows that there is extra room for improvement.

Multicenter Study[Risk factors of the occurence and death of acute respiratory distress syndrome: a prospective multicenter cohort study].
To explore the risk factors of the occurence and 28-day death of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in intensive care unit (ICU). ⋯ Among critical ill patients, aspiration, history of alcohol, sepsis, pneumonia, increased APACHEII score were the risk factors of ARDS development. Respiratory rate>30 beats/min and heart rate>100 beats/min could predict the occurrence of ARDS in critical patients. Old age and septic shock were the risk factors of 28-day death of ARDS.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study[A multicenter randomized controlled trial of sufentanil for analgesia/sedation in patients in intensive care unit].
To evaluate the sedation and analgesia power and security of sufentanil in intensive care unit (ICU), and to compare the effect with fentanyl. ⋯ Compared with fentanyl, the analgesia efficacy of sufentanil is stronger. Sufentanil has less physiological interference and lower incidence of adverse reactions for ICU patients.

Multicenter Study[A multicenter study of respiratory multiple index in predicting weaning from mechanical ventilation in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease].
To study the result of respiratory multiple index(compliance, respiratory rate, oxygenation, pressure, CROP) in predicting weaning from mechanical ventilation in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). ⋯ For the AECOPD patients received mechanical ventilation, most extubation parameter was limited. Complex parameter of CROP has higher specificity and sensitivity, and has important value in predicting extubation outcome. When CROP ≥ 13.521 ml×breath⁻¹×min⁻¹, the successful rate is high, otherwise the rate is low.
