[PK/PD of vancomycin in patients with severe acute pancreatitis combined with augmented renal clearance].
To evaluate the serum trough concentration and the pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) of vancomycin in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP), and analyze the effect of vancomycin continuous infusion for optimizing the characteristics of its PK/PD. ⋯ The serum trough concentration of vancomycin was significantly reduced in SAP patients with ARC. The more serious of the SIRS is, the lower the vancomycin trough concentration is. Vancomycin 24-hour continuous infusion could optimize the PK/PD parameters, decrease the daily dose, increase the clinical effect, and reduce the bacterial resistance.

[Evaluation value of the levels of peripheral blood CD20+ CD24hi CD38hi regulatory B cells on the prognosis of elderly patients with sepsis].
To explore the predicting value of peripheral blood CD20+ CD24hi CD38hi regulatory B cells (Bregs) on the prognosis of elderly patients with sepsis. ⋯ The level of peripheral blood CD20+ CD24hi CD38hi Bregs could predict the clinical outcome of elderly patients with sepsis.

[Predictive value of SOFA, qSOFA score and traditional evaluation index on sepsis prognosis].
Assess the value of several biomarkers and disease severity scores for the prognostic assessment of sepsis. ⋯ SOFA score and qSOFA score cannot take the place of traditional evaluation index for the evaluation of the prognosis of patients with sepsis.

[Evaluation of volume overload in critical patients by monitoring change of cardiac output under bed head raising combined with passive leg raising].
To investigate whether the change of cardiac output (CO) with bed head raising (BHR) combined with passive leg raising (PLR) can be used to assess volume overload in critical patients. ⋯ The change of CO with BHR combined with PLR can be used to accurately evaluate volume overload in patient with critically illness.

[Two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging in assessing the left ventricular systolic function and its dynamic changes of patients with septic shock].
To evaluate early and dynamic changes of the left ventricular systolic function of patients with septic shock by two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging (2D-STI), and to provide guidance for treatment and prognosis. ⋯ Our study demonstrates myocardial dysfunction at the early phase in septic shock patients, and 2D-STI GCS can be more sensitive than the conventional echocardiography to determine prognosis. 2D-STI GCS, GLS, GRS were not volume-load dependent parameter. Low levels of GLS, GCS might suggest a poor prognosis.
