[Effectiveness of convalescent plasma for treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 patients].
To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of convalescent plasma therapy in patients with severe and critical coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). ⋯ Viral NAA test of most patients with COVID-19 who received convalescent plasma transfusion turned negative from day 2 to day 8 after transfusion, and the turning time of severe patients was shorter than that of critical patients. Convalescent plasma therapy can reduce the patients' CRP level, and no adverse events were found during the treatment. The antibody concentration in the convalescent plasma may be one of the factors that affect the time for the nucleic acid turning negative after transfusion. Detection and screening convalescent plasma of high-titer antibody and early application to severe and critical patients are expected to improve the efficacy of convalescent plasma.

[Establishment of a prognostic Nomogram model for predicting the first 72-hour mortality in polytrauma patients].
To establish a prognostic Nomogram model for predicting the risk of early death in polytrauma patients. ⋯ The prognostic Nomogram model presents significantly predictive value for the risk of death within 72 hours in polytrauma patients. Prognostic Nomogram model could offer individualized, visualized and graphical prediction pattern, and provide physicians with practical diagnostic tool for triage system and management of polytrauma according to precision medicine.

[The value of serum microRNA-92a and microRNA-146a levels combined with pulmonary ultrasound score in predicting the severity and prognosis of acute respiratory distress syndrome].
To investigate the value of serum microRNA-92a (miR-92a) and microRNA-146a (miR-146a) expression levels combined with lung ultrasound score (LUS) in predicting the severity and prognosis of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ⋯ The expression levels of serum miR-92a, miR-146a and LUS score are related to the severity and prognosis of the patients with ARDS, and the combination of the three indicators has better value in predicting the prognosis of the patients with ARDS.

To evaluate the role of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and CD4+ T-lymphocytopenia in assessing the severity and prognosis of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). ⋯ The levels of IL-6 and CD4+ T-lymphocytopenia are closely related to the severity of COVID-19 disease. When IL-6 ≥ 6.02 ng/L and CD4+ < 355 cells/μL occur simultaneously, the prognosis is poor.

[Analysis of the function of diaphragm and its influencing factors in mechanical ventilation patients by using fully automatic trigger twitch tracheal pressure].
To understand the function of diaphragm and analyze the clinical factors affecting the function of diaphragm by measuring twitch tracheal pressure (TwPtr) in patients with mechanical ventilation and in the weaning phase. ⋯ For patients in the weaning stage of mechanical ventilation, severe pulmonary infection is one of the factors that affect the diaphragm dysfunction. There is a certain correlation between the diaphragm dysfunction and the use of sedatives.
