Comparative Study[Effects of neurally adjusted ventilatory assist on subject-ventilator synchrony in rabbits with acute respiratory distress syndrome].
To observe the effects of neurally adjusted ventilatory assist (NAVA) on subject-ventilator synchrony in rabbits with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ⋯ As compared with PSV, NAVA can improve subject-ventilator synchrony in rabbits with ARDS.

[Effects of central venous pressure on acute kidney injury in septic shock].
To investigate the effects of central venous pressure on acute kidney injury (AKI) in septic shock. ⋯ A high CVP may increase the incidence and morbidity of AKI in septic shock. And an excessively high CVP should be prevented.

[Values of fractional exhaled nitric oxide in the diagnosis of chronic cough].
To evaluate the diagnostic value of fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) in the diagnosis of chronic cough. ⋯ There are significant differences between the FeNO levels of different causes of chronic cough. A marked elevation of FeNO level helps to make a final diagnosis of CVA or EB. FeNO test is useful for making the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of chronic cough in clinic practices.

[Preliminary application of postoperative fast track transfer to intensive care unit for the geriatric hip fractures under enhanced recovery after surgery].
Objective: To develop a fast track transfer to intensive care unit (ICU) for the perioperative high-risk elderly patients after hip fracture surgery and analyze the preliminary clinical effect of the application. Methods: From January 2014 to December 2017, before the application of postoperative fast track transfer to ICU, the clinical data of 195 elderly patients with hip fracture were included in a retrospective analysis. Among 195 hip fracture patients, 18 were transferred to ICU post operation (non-fast track group). ⋯ Also, there were fewer medical consultations needed and fewer patients who stayed in ICU more than or equal to 2 nights in fast track group than that in non-fast track group(all P<0.05). There were no significant difference in the rate of patients who transferred from the general ward to ICU after transferring from ICU to the general ward, the proportion of patients who received more than or equal to 4 departments, operation time, hospitalization expense, mortality during hospitalization, 30-day mortality and 90-day mortality after operation between the two groups(all P>0.05). Conclusions: The fast track constructed in this study can reduce time to surgery, postoperative hospitalization stay and length of hospitalization stay for the perioperative high-risk elderly patients with hip fractures and is a specific clinical application of eras concept based on multidisciplinary team.

[Clinical study of Youngswick versus distal oblique osteotomy in the treatment of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ hallux rigidus].
Objective: To investigate the clinical outcomes and effects of distal oblique osteotomy and the Youngswick osteotomy in the treatment of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ hallux rigidus. Methods: Totally 29 patients (33 feet) suffered from grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ hallux rigidus who received the distal first metatarsal osteotomy in Ningbo NO.6 Hospital from May 2013 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, there were 10 males and 19 females. ⋯ But compared with it in the first distal oblique metatarsal osteotomy, the joint space with the Youngswick osteotomy after the operation was larger ((2.4±0.3) mm vs (2.1±0.4) mm, t=2.2, P=0.04). Conclusions: The oblique metatarsal osteotomy and Youngswick osteotomy can effectively relieve the pain of the hallux rigidus, increase the dorsal extension activity and joint space of the first metatarsophalangeal joint, sink the first metatarsal head, and improve the living conditions of the patients. The results of the distal metatarsal osteotomy and the Youngswick osteotomy in the treatment of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ patients with rigid are similar, which can delay the progress of the disease.
