Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Comparing the analgesic efficacy of continuous femoral nerve blockade and continuous intravenous analgesia after total knee arthroplasty].
To compare the analgesic efficacy of continuous femoral nerve blockade (CFNB) and continuous intravenous analgesia (CIA) after total knee arthroplasty (TKA). ⋯ CFNA with ropivacaine 0.2% is more effective in controlling postoperative pain than CIA and CFNB is an effective regional component of a multimodal analgesic strategy after TKA.

Randomized Controlled Trial[Clinical effects of alprostadil injection on acute kidney injury after cardiac surgical procedures].
To explore the clinical effects of alprostadil injection on acute kidney injury (AKI) after cardiac surgical procedures by a prospective randomized controlled trial. ⋯ On the basis of routine therapy, alprostadil injection may promote the recovery of renal function in AKI-patients after cardiac surgical procedures.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Comparison of hemodynamic responses to orotracheal intubation with laryngeal mask airway CTrach™ and laryngoscope under general anesthesia].
To compare the hemodynamic responses to orotracheal intubation with Laryngeal Mask Airway CTrach™ and Laryngoscope under general anesthesia. ⋯ The CTrach had advantage of attenuating the hemodynamic responses to the orotracheal intubation compared to the laryngoscope.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Effect of prone or spine position on mechanically ventilated neonates after cardiac surgery with acute lung injury].
To compare the efficacy and safety ventilated with pressure support ventilation (PSV) or neurally adjusted ventilatory assist (NAVA) in neonates undergoing open-heart surgery with acute lung injury (ALI) in spine and prone positions. ⋯ Especially in a prone position, NAVA demonstrates a better synchrony in ALI neonates after cardiac surgery. It helps to provide a better oxygenation for the patients.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study[Effect of different analgesia combined with low molecular heparin on hemorheology and coagulation in patients undergoing total hip replacement].
To observe the effect of different analgesia combined with low molecular heparin (LMWH) on hemorheology and coagulation in patients undergoing total hip replacement (THR). ⋯ PCEA can improve hemorheology significantly compared with PCIA in patients undergoing THR without LMWH. Combined with LMWH preoperation, both PCEA and PCIA can reduce occurrence of venous thrombosis, improve coagulation function and hemorheology without increase of bleeding. Intraspinal anesthesia and PCEA are safe and feasible in patients received LMWH preoperation of THR. PCEA wasn't superior to PCIA in prophylaxis against postoperative venous thromboembolism when combined with LMWH.
