Randomized Controlled Trial[Application of dynamic bubble trap in coronary artery bypass with cardiopulmonary bypass: an initial study].
To investigate the effectiveness of dynamic bubble trap (DBT) on air microbubble elimination from both the cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) circuit and middle cerebral arteries, and evaluate its possible impact on blood cells and coagulatory function. ⋯ DBT integration into the CPB circuit enhances neither blood cell damage nor coagulation disturbance. DBT effectively eliminates air microbubbles in arterial conduit; however, its microembolus elimination function is prone to die down during the total period of CPB.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study Clinical Trial[Effects of intravenous and inhalational anesthetics on short-latency somatosensory evoked potentials].
To choose suitable general anesthetics dosages when short-latency somatosensory evoked potentials (SLSEP) is monitored during operation. ⋯ When using SLSEP monitoring, the most suitable general anesthetic is etomidate during the induction stage and isoflurane and desflurane during the maintenance stage with the end-expiratory concentration below 1.0 MAC.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study Clinical Trial[The effect of isoflurane induced hypotension on intraoperative cerebral vasospasm in intracranial aneurysm surgery].
To evaluate whether isoflurane induced hypotension increases the incidence of cerebral vasospasm in intracranial aneurysm surgery. ⋯ Isoflurane controlled hypotension may increase the incidence of cerebral vasospasm. Isoflurane induced hypotension for intracranial aneurysm surgery should be cautioned.

Randomized Controlled Trial Comparative Study Clinical Trial[Preventive effects of ramosetron and granisetron in prevention of gastrointestinal reaction associated with chemotherapeutic agents: a comparative study].
To compare the efficacy and safety of ramosetron and granisetron in prevention of gastrointestinal reaction induced by cisplatin or adramycin. ⋯ Ramosetron is a safe and effective antiemetic and is more cost-effective than granisetron.
