Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study[A multi-central, randomized, controlled clinical trial of glucosamine hydrochloride/sulfate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis].
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of glucosamine hydrochloride (GH) in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA) comparing with glucosamine sulfate (GS). ⋯ There were no significant differences in efficacy and safety between GH and GS groups in the treatment of knee OA. Glucosamine hydrochloride is as effective and safe as glucosamine sulfate.

Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study[Immediate cardioversion of atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter lasting less than 90 days by ibutilide versus propafenone: a multicenter study].
To compare the efficacy and safety of ibutilide versus propafenone in immediate cardioversion of atrial fibrillation (AF) and atrial flutter (AFL) lasted less than 90 days. ⋯ Intravenous administration of ibutilide in cardioversion of AF and AFL is safe and effective.

Multicenter Study[Two year follow-up of acute ischemic syndrome without ST elevation].
To analyze the characteristics, treatment, and natural course during two years of the patients with acute coronary ischemic syndrome (ACS) without ST elevation in China as a part of the international multicentre registry of acute ischemic syndrome, Organization to Assess Strategies for Ischemic Syndromes (OASIS). ⋯ Most patients with acute ischemic syndrome without ST elevation in China are diagnosed as unstable angina. The patients with acute ischemic syndrome are diagnosed as unstable angina mostly in China. More than half of the patients are treated with anti-platelets, nitrates, beta-blockers, calcium antagonists, and ACEI during hospitalization. The medication rate gradually decreases after discharge. The two-year mortality is 8.0%. The most common causes of death include severe arrhythmias and sudden death.

To assess the safety and efficacy of gabapentin in treatment of refractory epilepsy. ⋯ Gabapentin at a dosage of 1200 mg/d is safe and effective in treatment of epilepsy.

Multicenter Study Clinical Trial[Effects of sustained release morphine hydrochloride tablets in management of cancer pain: a survey of 567 patients].
To evaluate the effect and adverse effects of morphine hydrochloric sustained release for patients with cancer pain. ⋯ Oral treatment with sustained release morphine hydrochloride for patients with cancer pain is effective, safe, and convenient, and can improve the quality of life. Sustained release morphine hydrochloride is worth recommending as a first-line drug for the treatment of patients with moderate to severe cancer pain, and the usually dosage is 120 mg or less per day.
