Comparative Study[Dosimetric comparison of the helical tomotherapy, intensity-modulated radiotherapy and volumetric-modulated arc therapy in radical radiotherapy for esophageal cancer].
Objective: To compare the dosimetric parameters of three different modern radiation techniques in radical radiotherapy for esophageal cancer. Methods: A total of 25 patients with pathologically confirmed esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital were included from September 2015 to May 2016 and three radiation treatment plans for helical tomotherapy (TOMO), intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) and volumetric-modulated arc therapy (VMAT) were designed respectively for each patient. Study patients included 24 males and 1 female, aged from 47 to 82 years old, with a median age of 63 years old. ⋯ TOMO (38.17±4.14) Gy was significantly superior to VMAT ((39.52±3.64)Gy,t=-2.219, P=0.040) and IMRT ((40.87±3.59)Gy,t=-4.528, P=0.000) at D(max) of the spinal cord. Conclusions: The VMAT plan is better than TOMO and IMRT in terms of the conformal degree and dose uniformity of the target volume. TOMO seems significantly better than VMAT and IMRT in protecting normal tissue.

[Application of deep learning-based chest CT auxiliary diagnosis system in emergency trauma patients].
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic efficacy and potential application value of deep learning-based chest CT auxiliary diagnosis system in emergency trauma patients. Methods: A total of 403 patients, including 254 males and 149 females aged from 16 to 100 (50±19) years, who received emergency treatment for trauma and chest CT examination in the Eastern Theater General Hospital from September 2019 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Dr. ⋯ Two cases of pneumothorax, three cases of pleural effusion/hemothorax, nine cases of rib fractures, and six cases of other fractures missed by imaging diagnosis were all detected by the auxiliary diagnosis system. The detection sensitivity of the auxiliary diagnosis system was higher for emphysema, pulmonary nodules and stripe (all>85%), but lower for bullae, reticulation and pleural thickening. Conclusions: The deep learning-based chest CT auxiliary diagnosis system could effectively assist chest CT to detect injuries in emergency trauma patients, which was expected to optimize the clinical workflow.

[CT imaging analysis of 33 cases with the 2019 novel coronavirus infection].
Objective: To explore the CT imaging features of the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) infection in order to summarize the imaging characteristics of the disease and improve the ability of imaging diagnosis and early diagnosis of the disease. Methods: From January 13, 2020 to January 31, 2020, a total of 33 patients with 2019-nCoV infection diagnosed and treated by Suzhou Fifth People's Hospital were analyzed retrospectively, including 20 males and 13 females, with an average age of (50±12) years, ranging from 20 to 70 years old. There were 3 cases of mild type, 27 cases of common type and 3 cases of severe type. ⋯ CT manifestations include multiple parts, subpleural area or middle and lateral field of lung, ground glass shadow and consolidation, or coexistence. Some cases have pleural thickening or interlobular septal thickening. CT images can indicate the diagnosis of COVID-19 and provide important basis for early detection and disease monitoring.

[The characteristics and citation analysis of the publications in National Medical Journal of China during 2016].
Objective: To analyze the characteristics and citations of articles in National Medical Journal of China (NMJC) during 2016, and to discuss the academic level and quality of the journal. Methods: All the literature published in NMJC during 2016 were retrieved through the Chinese Medical Citation index, and the citation frequency data in China's core journals of science and technology from January 2017 to December 2018 was obtained through Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China. The citation status of articles published in NMJC was statistically analyzed by the method of literature metrology. ⋯ From 2017 to 2018, papers published in NMJC were cited 2 077 times by a total of 490 journals. Conclusions: The guidelines published in NMJC is highly cited. The editorial department should adjust the column setting timely, strengthen the planning of key topic selection and the solicitation and publicity of excellent papers, and further improve the influence of the magazine.

[Effect of supraorbital foramen variation on radiofrequency treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia V1].
Objective: To compare the effect of different supraorbital foramen variations on the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia V1. Methods: The clinical data of 62 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia (V1 branch) from February 2011 to August 2017 in the first hospital of Jiaxing were analyzed retrospectively. According to the shape of supraorbital foramen, the patients were divided into foramen group (n=28) and incisional group (n=34). ⋯ The patient had no other serious complications in the near and long term except for the swelling of puncture point. Conclusion: The short and long-term effective rates of supraperitoneal foramen in anatomical variants for the radiofrequency treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia V1 are higher. The supraorbital foramen have higher long-term effective rates, there are no other serious adverse reactions excepting numbness, and the patients have a higher acceptability.
