Randomized Controlled Trial
[Treatment of Stroke Patients with Shoulder-wrist Syndrome by Acupoint Catgut Embedding and Surface Electromyogram Biofeedback Therapy].
To observe the clinical effectiveness of acupoint catgut embedding and surface electromyogram biofeedback therapy (sEMGBF) in the treatment of stroke patients complicated with shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS). ⋯ The combined administration of ACE and sEMGBF has a better therapeutic effect for stroke patients complicated with SHS relevant to simple ACE and simple sEMGBF therapy in improving the upper limb function, relieving pain, and enhancing the daily life quality.

Randomized Controlled Trial
[Acupuncture Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea by Needling Acupoints of the Spleen Meridian with Positive Reactions:A Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial].
To observe whether acupuncture of the tender-points of the Spleen Meridian can achieve a better therapeutic effect for primary dysmenorrhea (PD) patients, so as to verify the importance of examining meridian-acupoint reactions in clinical practice. ⋯ Acupuncture stimulation of the tender points around the SP 6, SP 8 and SP 9 has a stronger analgesic effect relevant to needling the regular acupoints in PD patients.

Randomized Controlled Trial
[Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Acupuncture plus Intra-articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate].
To examine the clinical benefits of acupuncture combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate for knee osteoarthritis (KOA) patients. ⋯ Acupuncture combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate is effective in improving KOA patients' pain severity and other symptoms as well as functional activities.
-
Randomized Controlled Trial
[Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis by Bee-venom Acupuncture].
To study the clinical efficacy and safety of bee-venom acupuncture therapy for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). ⋯ Bee-venom acupuncture therapy for RA patients is safe and effective, worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.

Randomized Controlled Trial
[A Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial for Treatment of Shoulder-back Myofascial Pain Syndrome with Mild Moxibustion at Trigger Points].
To compare the efficacy difference between the mild moxibustion and acupuncture stimulation at trigger points in the treatment of shoulder and back myofascial pain syndrome (MPS), so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment of MPS. ⋯ Mild moxibustion stimulation of myofascial trigger point is effective in relieving shoulder-back MPS, being comparable to that of acupuncture therapy.
