[Efficacy of Ropivacaine injection at acupoints for labor analgesia and its effect on breastfeeding and serum prolactin].
To investigate the efficacy of acupoint injection of Ropivacaine for labor analgesia and its effect on breastfeeding and prolactin secretion. ⋯ Injection of Ropivacaine at LI4 and SP6 is effective for labor analgesia and raising prolactin level, and favorable to breastfeeding in the early postpartum period.

To observe the effect of needling "Danzhong" (CV17), "Zhongwan"(CV12), "Qihai" (CV6), "Xuehai"(SP10)and "Zusanli"(ST36) (Triple Energizer Acupuncture Method) on the learning-memory ability and profile of hippocampal differentially-expressed genes and proteins of SAMP8 mice (rapid aging mice), so as to explore its underlying mechanisms in improving Alzheimer's disease (AD)．. ⋯ The "Triple Energizer Acupuncture" of acupoints is able to improve the learning-memory ability in SAMP8, which may be related to its effects in regulating the expression and function of hippocampal genes and proteins related to neurite and cytoskeleton.

To determine the attributes of responses of the higher nerve center to acupuncture stimulation of Zusanli (ST36) on the basis of spontaneous brain activity, so as to explore the synchronization level of different brain rejoins after acupuncture. ⋯ After acupuncturing at ST36, the relative generality and specificity of the central response in healthy subjects reflected as the location of the affected brain regions and the difference in the synchronization level of the corresponding spontaneous brain activities.
