[Expression of NR2B in the spinal dorsal horn and dorsal root ganglia in mice with bone cancer pain].
To investigate the manifestation of ethology and the immunohistochemistry results of the 2B Subunits of N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors (NR2B) in the spinal cord dorsal horn and dorsal root ganglia (DRG) in mice with bone cancer pain and their correlation, and to discuss the role of NR2B in the generation and maintenance of bone cancer pain. ⋯ The immunohistochemical positive indexes of NR2B are increased and significantly correlated with the manifestation of ethology. NR2B in the spinal cord and L(4) DRG may participate and mediate in forming and developing hyperalgesia in bone cancer pain.

Clinical analysis of critically ill patients with H1N1 influenza.
To determine the clinical characteristic, main treatment, and prognosis for the sake of more effective treatments for critically ill patients with H1N1 influenza. ⋯ Critically ill patients with H1N1 influenza have high mortality. Respiratory failure is the main cause of death. Critically ill patients with H1N1 influenza should not be treated with glucocorticoid. Patients who need mechanical ventilation should be treated with invasive mechanical ventilation with low tidal volume and low positive end-expiratory pressure.

[Stages of 3,547 patients with chronic kidney disease and relevant factor analysis].
To investigate the prevalence and distribution of chronic kidney disease(CKD) in Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University. ⋯ The top 3 causes of CKD are chronic glomerulonephritis, hypertensive nephropathy, and diabetic nephropathy. The proportion of hypertensive nephropathy and diabetic nephropathy is on the rise. Elderly people are the high risk group for CKD.

[Effect of different tidal volume ventilation on apoptosis and the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 in rat lungs].
To determine the effect of different tidal volume(Vt) ventilation on apoptosis and the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 in rat lungs. ⋯ Low Vt ventilation contributed little to apoptosis. Higher Vt ventilation can improve Bax while inhibit Bcl-2 expression to aggravate apoptosis in rat lungs.
