Craniocerebral trauma (CCT) is an actual problem of modern medicine due to its high mortality incidence. Changes in hemostasis system may complicate the disease course and to cause the disseminated intravascular clotting syndrome occurrence. ⋯ Enzyme 5-nucleotidase is closely connected with thromboplastin. The raising of this enzyme activity may constitute an early diagnostic sign of hypercoagulation.
