[The clinical results of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion for lumbar spinal stenosis with lumbar instability].
To investigate the clinical results of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF) for lumbar spinal stenosis with lumbar instability. ⋯ MIS-TLIF is an ideal surgical method for single segment lumbar spinal stenosis with lumbar instability, but close attention should be paid to specific patients, surgeons and hospitals.

Randomized Controlled Trial[The comparison of computer assisted minimally invasive spine surgery and traditional open treatment for thoracolumbar fractures].
To compare the clinical results between computer assisted minimally invasive spine surgery (CAMISS) and traditional open fixation surgery which used in thoracolumbar fractures. ⋯ CAMISS has the characteristics of fewer traumas, less bleeding, faster recovery, high accuracy of pedicle screws. It has comparable vertebral deformity correction and fixation result of the traditional open operation.

Comparative Study[Anterior endoscopic release/posterior spinal instrumentation for severe and rigid thoracic adolescent idiopathic scoliosis].
To compare the results of spinal correction for severe and rigid thoracic adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (T-AIS) by combined anterior endoscopic release/posterior hybrid constructs of proximal hooks and distal pedicle screws spinal fusion (APSF) and an all-pedicle screw construct posterior-only spinal fusion (PSSF). ⋯ In patients with severe and rigid T-AIS, PSSF could achieve same curve correction as an APSF by increasing implant density. In treating scoliosis patients with high risk of having loss of curve correction, implant complications or pseudarthrosis, APSF is recommended to achieve solid spinal fusion.

[The application of minimally invasive surgery for different type of thoracolumbar fractures].
To study the therapeutic method and effect of minimally invasive surgery for the thoracolumbar fractures. ⋯ It is satisfactory that the minimally invasive surgical strategy was rational used in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.

Comparative Study[Clinical study on lumbar spondylolisthesis treated by minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion].
To retrospectively analyze the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis using minimally invasive and open transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF), and compare the clinical results of two techniques. ⋯ Comparing with open TLIF, minimally invasive TLIF is a safe and reliable procedure for treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis grade 1 and 2 with potential advantages.
