[Clinical analysis of 271 cases of orbital inflammatory pseudotumors].
To analyze and summarize the clinical signs, the diagnostic and differential diagnostic value of imaging examination in orbital inflammatory pseudo-tumors and the comparison of the therapeutic effect of various treatments. ⋯ Imaging examinations are valuable for the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, the evaluation of histopathology types and the choice of treatment for orbital inflammatory pseudotumors.

To observe the effect of lateral orbitotomy. ⋯ The indications of lateral orbitotomy depend on the category, location and extent of orbital tumors. Lateral orbitotomy involving supra or infra orbital edge enlarges the operative field, and improves the successful rate of orbital removal.

[The influence of flexible open-loop anterior chamber intraocular lens on the structure of ocular anterior segment].
To evaluate the therapeutic effects and safety of flexible open-loop anterior chamber intraocular lens (FOAC-IOL). ⋯ Ultrasound biomicroscopy works well in dynamic observation of the influence of intraocular lens on ocular anterior segment. The haptics of flexible open-loop anterior chamber intraocular lens should be modified.

[A clinical study on fresh amniotic membrane transplantation for treatment of severe ocular surface disorders at acute inflammatory and cicatricial stage].
To investigate the safety and evaluate the effect of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation to reconstruct the ocular surface with severe inflammation and scarring. ⋯ Fresh amniotic membrane can be used as a graft to reconstruct ocular surface. Such transplantation can effectively reduce neovascularization, fibrosis and inflammation. Our data indicated that complete removal of pathological tissues and perfect fixation of amniotic membrane graft are crucial steps in the reconstruction of ocular surface.
