[Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acute zonal occult outer retinopathy].
To study the clinical manifestations of acute zonal occult outer retinopathy (AZOOR) and to differentiate it from other retinal diseases. ⋯ AZOOR is a rare eye disease, usually occurs in young females, with the characteristics of photopsia, visual field defects, abnormal ERG and slight changes in the fundus. The differential diagnosis of this disease is relatively complicate and is easily to be misdiagnosed.

[Clinical observation of wound dehiscence after penetrating keratoplasty].
To investigate the treatment of wound dehiscence after penetrating keratoplasty and to evaluate the influence of this complication on visual outcome. ⋯ After penetrating keratoplasty, the wounds of corneal graft show tectonic instability and poor resistance to tension. Traumatic wound dehiscence after penetrating keratoplasty often complicate with intraocular content herniation, vitreous hemorrhage, and choroidal/retinal detachment. Usually, this kind of trauma is from severe injuries and prognosis is worse than the common ocular trauma.

[Penetrating keratoplasty for treatment of fungal keratitis with corneal perforation].
To evaluate the outcome of penetrating keratoplasty (PKP) for the treatment of fungal keratitis with corneal perforation. ⋯ PKP is an effective approach for preservation of eyeballs and restoration of visual function in patients eyes with fungal keratitis and corneal perforation.

Comparative Study[Measurement of macular edema in retinal vein occlusion using optical coherence tomography and its visual prognosis].
To examine the type of macular edema in patients with retinal vein occlusion by using optical coherence tomography (OCT). To compare the sensitivity and specificity between OCT and fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA). To investigate the visual prognosis and risk factors in patients with cystoid macular edema (CME). ⋯ OCT is a safe, high-resolution, non-invasive, reliable and reproducible new examine method for detecting CME. The visual prognosis of CME is poor. It is possible that the visual prognosis can be improved by early detecting CME using OCT.
