Analysis of Prognoses according to Breast MRI Results in Patients with Axillary Lymph Node Metastases from an Unknown Primary Origin.
To compare the prognosis of patients with axillary adenocarcinoma from an unknown primary (ACUPax) origin with negative MRI results and those with MRI-detected primary breast cancers. ⋯ The prognoses of MR-negative patients with ACUPax who received ALND and WBRT followed by chemotherapy were as good as those of patients with MRI-detected primary breast cancers.

Characteristics and Treatment Outcomes of Transition among Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
This study aimed to assess disease characteristics and outcomes of transition in patient care among adolescent patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). ⋯ The transition IBD group had more severe disease. Medical non-compliance was lower in the transition IBD group. Clinical outcomes improved after transition.

Effect of Active Surgical Co-Management by Medical Hospitalists in Urology Inpatient Care: A Retrospective Cohort Study.
This study aimed to evaluate the use of active surgical co-management (SCM) by medical hospitalists for urology inpatient care. ⋯ Active surveillance and co-management of urology inpatients by medical hospitalists can improve the quality and efficacy of inpatient care without compromising subjective inpatient satisfaction.

A Radiomics-Based Model for Potentially More Accurate Identification of Subtypes of Breast Cancer Brain Metastases.
Breast cancer brain metastases (BCBM) may involve subtypes that differ from the primary breast cancer lesion. This study aimed to develop a radiomics-based model that utilizes preoperative brain MRI for multiclass classification of BCBM subtypes and to investigate whether the model offers better prediction accuracy than the assumption that primary lesions and their BCBMs would be of the same subtype (non-conversion model) in an external validation set. ⋯ Our radiomics-based model represents an incremental advance in the classification of BCBM subtypes, thereby facilitating a more appropriate personalized therapy.

The Prevalence and Clinical Characteristics of Borderline Personality Disorder in South Korea Using National Health Insurance Service Customized Database.
The purpose of the present study was to identify the prevalence and clinical characteristics of borderline personality disorder (BPD) in South Korea using the Korean National Health Insurance database (DB). ⋯ This study identified the prevalence of BPD on a national DB set in South Korea. Although the prevalence of BPD in South Korea was relatively low compared to other countries, there was a steady increase in the number of BPD patients over a decade, which may be possibly due to an increased awareness of mental health and campaigns among healthcare providers and users in the country.
