Aerobic exercise is currently considered to be an effective method of rehabilitation in breast cancer patients. Studies have shown that aerobic exercise after breast cancer surgery can improve upper limb function, cardiopulmonary function, and quality of life. Breast cancer rehabilitation guidelines encourage patients to actively participate in aerobic exercise to promote rehabilitation, the current study is to evaluate the effectiveness of aerobic exercise on upper limb muscle strength and range of motion (ROM) following breast cancer treatment. ⋯ Aerobic exercise could improve shoulder joint ROM in breast cancer survivors, but shows no obvious effect on the improvement of upper limb strength.

Risk predictive models for delirium in the intensive care unit: a systematic review and meta-analysis.
An emerging approach to prevent delirium in an intensive care unit is the use of risk prediction models. At present, there is no scientific comparison of the predictive effect of the prediction model. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to compare the performance of available delirium risk prediction models for intensive care units. ⋯ The E-PRE-DELIRIC model, PRE-DELIRIC model, or both are recommended to predict ICU delirium risk. However, the recommendation should be considered with caution because of substantial heterogeneity. The protocol was registered with PROSPERO (CRD42019130802).

The effect of exercise on maternal complications and birth outcomes in overweight or obese pregnant women: a meta-analysis.
Overweight and obesity can increase the risk for certain adverse obstetric outcomes. Exercise may reduce these risks by promoting weight loss or preventing excessive weight gain. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effect of exercise therapy on pregnancy complications and birth outcomes in overweight or obese pregnant women through a meta-analysis. ⋯ The results of this study suggest that exercise can reduce the risk of GWG and the occurrence rate of GH in overweight or obese pregnant women, however, exercise had no effect on birth outcomes.

As a Chinese medicine injections, Kanglaite injection (KLT) is a complementary or alternative therapy for first-line platinum-based chemotherapy. However, the effect that certain factors, including the dose of KLT, chemotherapy cycles, evaluation criteria, or supportive treatment, have on the efficacy of the objective response rate (ORR), median survival time (MST), and adverse reactions is still unknown. ⋯ KLT plus first-line platinum-based chemotherapy, except when chemotherapy regimens were TP, increased efficacy and quality of life in patients with advanced NSCLC. We are unsure whether this combination offers a low risk of adverse reactions. Additional high-quality RCTs are warranted to assess the effects of the combined therapy further.

Sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery: a meta-analysis.
The incidence of dry eye is high after a cataract surgery. However, the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate combined with conventional eye drops for dry eye after cataract surgery remains unclear. The currently available studies were based on small sample sizes, and no systematic review on this topic has been conducted. Thus, a meta-analysis was performed to systematically and accurately evaluate the clinical value of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery. ⋯ For the patients with dry eye after cataract surgery, sodium hyaluronate on the basis of conventional anti-inflammatory treatment is highly effective as it can improve the dry eye symptom score and the results of 3 tests for dry eye. However, high-quality studies are warranted to further investigate the safety of sodium hyaluronate.
