Review Meta Analysis[Lanqin oral liquid for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis：systematic review and Meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials].
To systematically assess the effectiveness and safety of lanqin oral liquid for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Databases including PubMed, Embase, The Cochrane Library, SinoMed, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang Data were electronically searched in March 2017 for randomized controlled trials(RCTs) on Lanqin oral liquid for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Two authors independently screened literature, extracted data, and assessed the risk of bias of included studies. ⋯ Safety of lanqin oral liquid was not concerned by any RCT. Current evidence indicates that the efficiency of lanqin oral liquid was better than conventional therapy or other treatments. Due to the poor quality of the included studies, the above conclusion should be verified by more RCTs of high quality.

Review[Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of sepsis].
Sepsis brings great burden to the industry of health care and national economy, and antibiotics used in anti-infective treatment will cause the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria, adverse reactions, and reduce the efficacy and quality of life. However, with the deepening of the study of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of sepsis, in reducing the production of drug-resistant bacteria, changing the drug resistance of drug-resistant bacteria, preventing multiple infection, response to inflammatory response and immune damage, treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction and coagulation disorders, TCM is gradually exerting its advantages. In recent years, with the continuous development of clinical research, the curative effect of traditional Chinese medical way is widely recognized, especially Xuebijing injection. ⋯ Its play an important role to reduce the mortality of patients with sepsis, reduce inflammatory indexes, blood coagulation index. However, the pathophysiology of sepsis is not clear, the illness progress rapidly and the problem of drug-resistant bacteria resistant, our task is still arduous. Looking forward to the emergence of higher quality research, and looking forward to more individualized and refined treatment programs.

Review Meta Analysis[Efficacy and safety of Lianhua Qingwen capsule for influenza： a systematic review].
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Lianhua Qingwen capsule for influenza. All reports of the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on Lianhua Qingwen capsule treating influenza were retrieved from database of CNKI, WANFANG DATA, VIP, PubMed, the Cochrane Library by February 2017. The studies were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the data were extracted by 2 authors, the quality of the included RCTs was assessed, and meta-analysis was performed using Revman5.3 software. ⋯ Compared with Ankahuangmin capsules, significant differences were found in terms of the he rate temperature effect [RR=1.37, 95%CI (1.19,1.57)]. Current evidence shows that Lianhua Qingwen capsule is more effective and safer than Oseltamivir, Ribavirin and Ankahuangmin capsules. Due to the low quality of the clinical research, the accuracy of this conclusion needs to be conducted to verify.

Review Meta Analysis[Systematic review of effectiveness and safety of pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid in treating pediatric suppurative tonsilitis].
The review aims to assess the effectiveness and safety Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid in treating pediatric suppurative tonsillitis systematically through searching relevant electronic database and collecting relevant literature. Meta-analysis was performed with the RevMan 5.3 software. ⋯ There was no severe adverse reaction during the treatment. Compared with the application of antibiotics alone, combined with Pudilan may be more effective and safe in the treatment of pediatric suppurative tonsillitis, which can not be strongly proved at present for lack of studies with high quality.

[A study on exploring consensus developing standards in clinical practice guideline for traditional Chinese medicine].
It is a compulsory step from expert consensus to recommendation in developing clinical practice guideline. Therefore, it is necessary to establish standards for structuring expert consensus developing process by integrating traditional Chinese medicine theories into evidence. We summarized our experience to put forward to forming a flowchart and transparency process for making recommendation considering both evidence and traditional theories from traditional Chinese medicine in making clinical guideline. It is hoped that this could be useful for future researchers in this area.
