Review[Advantages and evidences research on Chinese medicine for treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease].
Pelvic inflammatory disease is an infectious disease. At present, Western medicine is mainly treated with antibiotics. ⋯ Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease is effective and has its unique advantages. This paper mainly discusses the advantages and evidences of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease, to further prove the effectiveness and safety of TCM treatment and to provide medical evidence of reducing antibiotics use.

[Medication rules of famous veteran traditional Chinese medicine doctor in treatment of chronic bronchitis based on implicit structure model].
To explore the medication rules of famous veteran traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) doctors in treatment of chronic bronchitis, a structured medical record database for famous veteran TCM doctors in modern clinical books was established. First, Lantern 3.1.2(Kongmin light) implicit structure analysis software was used to build an implicit structure model and make an implicit interpretation. Then, SAS 9.1 was adopted to mine herb-herb, herb-symptom and herb-syndrome association rules. ⋯ The implicit structure model can be used to quantify tacit knowledge of TCM, extend to the herb and syndrome level for the first time, and quantify the major, minor and compatible statues of different variables in the same data. This study concluded that the medication rules of famous veteran TCM doctors in treatment of chronic bronchitis have certain reference value for the clinical diagnosis and treatment. The data sources, analysis methods and mining results were relatively reliable and objective, and can provide a reference for rules of other disease treatment based on syndrome differentiation.

Review Meta Analysis[Guizhi Fuling capsule / pill treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease：a systematic review of randomized clinical trials].
This systematic review aims to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Guizhi Fuling Capsule/Pill on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. We searched CNKI datebases,WanFang,SinoMed,PubMed,Embase,The Cochrane Library from the inception to February 2017,to collect randomized controlled trials（RCTs）of Guizhi Fuling Capsule/Pill in treating chronic pelvic inflammation disease. Two reviewers independently screened literature,extracted date and assessed the risk of bias of included studies. ⋯ Guizhi Fuling（capsule,pill） did not increase the adverse reactions. The available evidence suggests that： Guizhi Fuling（capsule, pill） compared with the western medicine group, Guizhi Fuling (capsule,pill) combined with western medicine was more effective than the western medicine group in terms of clinical efficacy, recurrence rate, anti-inflammatory and plasma viscosity. Due to the limited quality and quantity of included studies,more high quality RCTs are needed to verify the above conciusion.

Review Meta Analysis[Huoxiang Zhengqi formulas for treatment of gastrointestinal type cold：a systematic review and Meta-analysis].
This systematic review aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huoxiang Zhengqi formulas in treating gastrointestinal type cold. Seven electronic databases,including CNKI, WanFang Data, Vip, SinoMed, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase will be searched from the inception of the study until March 2017. All randomized controlled trials that evaluate the treatment of Huoxiang Zhengqi formulas for gastrointestinal type cold will be eligible. ⋯ No adverse reactions are found about Huoxiang Zhengqi formulas in this study. Current evidence shows that Huoxiangzhengqi formulas are better than Western medicine group and western medicine routine treatment group from clinical efficacy. Limited by the quantity and quality of studies, more large-scale and rigorously designed randomised controlled trials with large sample size are warranted to clarify the conclusions.

Review[Review on advantages and evidence of treating and preventing urinary tract infection in traditional Chinese medicine].
Urinary tract infection (UTI) in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) belongs to the category of stranguria. This article describes the unsatisfactory situations in clinical practice such as antibiotics abuse, increasing of drug-resistant bacteria, high recurrence rate, etc. According to evidence-based medicine, literatures as evidence are collected for summarizing and analyzing and the result shows the advantages of TCM of relieving symptoms, reducing the dosage of antibiotics, less side effects, lower recurrence rate, etc. In the field of fundamental research, literatures associated with UTI are also summarized and analysed from several perspectives, such as causes, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, pharmacological effects of Chinese herbal medicine, working mechanism of non-drug therapy, etc and the result presents that integrated treatment of TCM in UTI has significant advangtages and its own characteristic.
